★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long delivery time for orders via Flash app @JEM outlet! It took 1.5 hours for my 2 nutella shakes to be delivered. It came all melted and diluted and the ice cream were floating at the top.
What's so frustrating was that the drinks were prepared swiftly within 10 minutes but it took 1 long hour for driver to pick up the drinks and still went to 4 other delivery locations (not along the way) before reaching us. Tried to call the driver but uncontactable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
There is also no option to cancel order or change assigned rider and chat service is only available on weekdays till 6pm.
This is my first time ordering for delivery via the Flash app and will be my last!! Extremely disappointed with the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is bright and attractive, colours are sharp and eye catching.
Ordered a coffee latte and a macadamia latte, the coffee latte is quite ok, nothing special in taste. The latter is more sweet and it covers up macadamia flavour.
Ambience is good, staff are attentive and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to queue for the coffee, was told that there will be a 20mins wait time. Came back and got the coffee but it was dripping out and had to clean it with tissue at the counter myself. When we drank the coffee, it tasted sour. When I ordered a flat, I didn't mean the taste. The only consolation that it is better than Starbuck's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caramel latte is good compared to macadamia latte. For me the sweetness is just right.
1 comment I observed is the shop's surroundings smell like drain which I don't blame the shop. The mall owner should be the one to fix this issue. Otherwise the coffee shop owner will suffer and lose customers in the long run. I am familiar with the area even before Flash coffee started, it's already smells bad in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable for coffee addiction people to drink at slightly lower price. Got some promos using apps to order! Their Cappuccino is creamy and Matcha latte is rich but their teas are not my type.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the coffee here. Staff is patient, helpful, and attentive. A cup of flat white is $3.80 which is really affordable and competitive as compared to the rest of the nearby coffee stands/shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An affordable artisan coffee that’s just ok. Taste wise, coffee is just awkward. If you’re not particular with the coffee taste, this will be alright. App experience and ambience is very good. However, do use the app for a better use on the service. Customer service was alright too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and good coffee? Not really. Cheap if you order a normal coffee with milk. But other “special”, price is as much as other cafe.
Coffee taste - so so. Almost like my Nespresso.
Customer service is not fantastic. Do download the app for discounts.
