My family and I were dine in at the restaurant.Already order the food.Half way eating my son wanted 1 more drink He went to the cashier to ask order the drink but the Malay female staff told my son to go behind.The problem is the other customer were still looking at the food.Still thinking to order.Can't your staff take my son order first while waiting the other customer choose their food.The way this Malay lady talk to customer is also very rude.We ask nicely for tissue paper she answered rudely.My husband asked whether have milk.She also answered rudely.If she tired don't need to work!We were there at4.30pm.This is not first time we dine in here.This is not the way to handle customer.

Awesome food and services especially the store manager who went the extra mile to get me cutlery and placing the food quietly on the table so as not to disturb the customer who was praying. ?

Table / salt bottle not clean. Food quality is bad; Scrambled eggs more like fried egg, croissant is not fluffy. 1 of the fork is different also

Is it a bad ideas to have all day breakfast for lunch, the set that they served is like leftover from morning, the eggs, the croissant...everything are cold, and the so call scrambled egg is like fry egg instead. Only good thing is service staff are friendly. I came here last month, the shop was closed for renovation, I make an effort to come again, but so disappointed.....

The croissants here will never go wrong.. however I wanted to try the other bread and regretted my decision immediately. Please just keep to the normal croissant.. It’s a small place over at Jem with limited seats. Might not be a good idea for dinner but great place for teatime / non peak hrs. Nice service by the counter staff ?
