Waffles not available sadly. Mangoes from the binsoo were quite sour. Otherwise the rest of the desserts were good. Additional discount from the fuzzie app!

Abit too disappointed today. Came for the bingsu and hot latte... The service usually was ??? by the korean guy, which is the owner? But today only 2 staff working... And the reason they gave me no bingsu was because they were too busy today. Aircon was not cold, and no cold drinks :( Altho business is 24 hour

Was quite surprised when I went to collect the bingsu. I even clarified with the staff if this is the choc brownie bingsu. A pretty big difference compared to the one displayed. Happened at the Westgate outlet.

Bad experience with the female staff over a miscommunicated cold and hot coffee, she displayed outright unhappiness and displeasure when we politely requested to change the cold to hot coffee. The scone is crumbly n the waffles are also charred. Gave a buzzer but had to walk 3 times to collect our orders to the counter. Not coming back again.

Coffee was normal cappuccino. However the breakfast served, 2 hotdog. Was rather surprised to see hotdog being served, was expecting at least a proper sausage usually found in any other breakfast. Anyway just my own opinion. If you find it ok then go ahead and have it. Just for info to those who might be disappointed seeing the hotdog.

It was Friday afternoon, tea time for the 04 of us after walking/shopping after late lunch on that day. As I do not recall the last time I walked into any of their outlets… it must had been quite awhile. This outlet is spacious and the place has quite a buzz… not packed but most tables are taken… despite a Friday afternoon between 4pm to 5pm. Wheelock place and one other which no longer operate(near Somerset 313) were the only two which I had been to. I believe it’s the first time I was trying their cakes. Out of the three cakes we had(pls refer to pictures), their tiramisu was the best. Smooth and very classic as it should be. Ordered over the cashier’s counter. Their service were prompt and helpful(thank you) when we could quite decide on the drinks to go with the cakes. Think I will visit their other outlet for a meal next time(not that I could drop by Jurong East anytime).

Waited 30mins for our drinks (2 cups) to be served. Waited another 20mins for our breakfasts. Out of our expectation, the food served were cold including hotdogs (uncooked). Scramble egg was hard, cold and non-fluffy. With this type of scramble egg, me and my friend might as well choose coffee bean which served better scramble egg than the one shown in the photo. The male staff who served us on Sunday morning around 8-9AM was very unprofessional. Its okay that he forgot to serve mayo with drummets, but its not okay for him to throw his tantrum towards us. Upon polite request, he slammed the fridge door and mayo bottle on table when serving. Me and the grab driver beside me (who was waiting for his takeaway orders) were shocked with the sight. Dumbfounded by his outrageous attitude. FYI, when me and my friend visited the cafe, there were only 3 table of customers including us. However, when the grab driver arrived the cafe to pick up his orders, there was no more customer to serve in seating areas. As such, there's no reason for him to act in such a way. 20mins after the above incident, a group of 4 person visited the cafe. They were looking for 4 person table seats, but since mostly were "reserved" (all 4 person table in the cafe were placed a RESERVED signage except for the table attached in the photo) but due to the "limited seats", and the previous customer table was left unclean for at least 20mins, the group of customer left without sit in. How disappointing it must have been. It was one of the place that me and my friend frequented and enjoyed regularly due to its good food, drinks and services. Well, it left us with great disappointment and indeed ruined our mood due to the bad experience early in the morning, in addition to our fatigue after 12 hour shift. Well, maybe due to the absence of the manager in the cafe, everything seems out of place. Quality of food and services dropped drastically. If it is really due to the absence of mentoring system which leads to such incidences, then i supposed it would be great that staff undergoes more vigilant training before serving on the field. Really hope there will be improvement days forward.

First time visiting this cafe and came to know its a Korean coffee chain. They serve a variety of hot & iced coffee, tea and many dessert choices, from cakes, brownie, waffles and nice that they serve Korean bingsu as well. They also serve brunch menu. Coffee was nice, and had latte art. Environment was also cozy and nice. A good place to chill out in the afternoon.
