★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really want to give them better review, i really do, as the branding was really on point and the decore is amazing. However if the effort was put into its drinks and customer service, that would have been better. Q to order was long wait, prolly cos the cashier girl had to help make drinks. Am puzzled as it is not like they had alot of drinks to make, bad operations perhaps. Worst part? The cashier girl made drinks without measurements, everything was estimation. The last straw was, ordered melaka latte, no melaka taste at all (mind you gula melaka is strong tasting), it got me thinking if they actually forgot or the drinks are just that bad. Anyhow did not see the gula on the side of the cup. It really got me thinking they gave me a wrong drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow.. considering how many outlets they've opened.. I wonder when their bubble will burst. The coffee is really average (reminds me of Starbucks), their pricing is probably their only unique selling point. I'll rather pay more for Arabica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extensive menu with coffee and non coffee drinks. All prices at affordable ranging $2.50 to $5.80. However, their coffee lacks the intense coffee aroma and taste especially for a double shot drink like flat white. It’s ok if you just need a simple coffee to perk you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is affordable but the taste is a bit bland. I ordered a regular caramel latte for $6 I’m quite happy with it :) however my friend said it didn’t taste nice haha. At first I was confused when they didn’t give me a straw but there was actually a small cap to drink from. Also don’t forget to mix it well if not it will be bitter :> overall their service was excellent!! Would definitely recommend

Coffee was average.
Price is pretty affordable as compared to other brands considering they are located in town area.
Store has seats to chill with friends while enjoying the drink.
Staff were polite. Service was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quite affordable, the branding and the idea is quite good. Instagramable & everything. But the coffee quality is quite average. Lack of aroma and taste. If you like sugary latte sweets things (means not coffee) so this place is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty brand, but very underwhelming coffee. The beans tasted old/overroasted, for both hot and cold drinks. My partner and I couldn’t finish the flat whites we ordered because it was really bad. The service was ok. I’ll give credit for the branding but not the drinks at all.
