S	Sidney Lock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, you really need to rethink your cup design. The staff passed me the cup as it was a to go order and the lid came apart with the hot coffee spilling over my hands and shoes. The coffee was extremely bland as well for a $3 cup of hot americano.
L	Luqman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! Bought the latte and it was way too milky, and the coffee taste was mild. I'd rather pay more at one of those ubiquitous coffee chains than waste my money here. Definitely not on my list for a coffee fix.

Today, the coffee I ordered wasn't as strong as before, sadly, the iced tea my son ordered tasted like iced water with a little bit of milk (in his words). The barrister is very accomodating, polite and changed my son's order. Thank you very much. Missing the strong tasty coffee that Changi Point Flash Coffee first served
K	Karen Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was appalling. I asked for milk tea with soy, no sugar and staff member told me that was not an option. As I was with a friend, I decided on just milk tea with regular milk to simplify the order. When I saw her preparing ice, I said I wanted hot. She then gave me a dirty look and told me that it was not an option again. I checked the menu on the board and downloaded the app as well. "Hot" milk tea was an option. Question is, do they have hot milk tea, no sugar with soy? That day, I had the cold milk tea which tasted a little sweet after stirring it.My friend asked for a straw and the staff pointed to the sign, looking totally disgusted. It says that straw isn't part of the package. We get that you want to save the earth but still, that message could have been conveyed politely.
A	Adli Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of drink with an even greater pricing. Got the Iced Nutella Latte with the P.osh Brownie for myself. Definitely gonna try other drinks when I can (or want).
L	Loki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at 6pm+ for a caffeine fix, expected to just grab and go, but service was a little slow. The 2 poor young ladies behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed by the amount of delivery / pickup orders. Didn’t know so many people drink coffee at 6pm haha. The staff were really nice though, and they apologised for making me wait. @Flash Coffee, great to see that your business is doing well, but please consider hiring more people if your employees are having trouble coping :)
J	Jaye L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average coffee with affordable prices. Taste has got a lot to improve on. The blend of beans and the brew makes the coffee too acidic and not to my liking. Also ordered the white cold brew coffee. I believe their coffee bean blend is more towards the fruity notes, but it’s too sourish for me. Not great, and personally wouldn’t recommend because it’s not milky enough (but this is personal preference). There are better options out there for me. Overall, the coffee blend and brewing technique has to improve before they try to expand their network so quickly.
H	Hans Base on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is always good. This is always a top seller. I just thought that this specific shop would have a good customer service to be different. Sugar was forgotten to give and stirrer and cup holder. I reacted to my Espresso order bec I was not expecting to get a small cup (bec I am not really into commercialise coffee but I love drinking coffee) for my Espresso. She could have offer me as a necessary customer service just to be different to replace my coffee to Americano with 2 shots Espresso.
