The staffs are friendly and attentive.
Do note that, the seatings available have been greatly reduced due to Covid. Hence best to order take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Starbucks Changi Citypoint was great, Was task to get breafast set for 7 pax early in the morning, my first choice was intailly mcdonal but it was upgrading so, Starbukcs was next on my list, they've quite a few option and everything was nicley packed. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a reputable & trusted brand…. Yet the wooden bars SO NEAR in proximity to our seats are sooooo dusty, disgusting. Isn’t it the cleaners job to clean tis daily as well, especially with Covid??

Whilst many stores around it has fallen and risen, it erects firmly at the center of CCP main atrium with a nice open-concept cafe - which if not for covid, there is no barrier to entry per se. Most of the time the cafe is my go to at this area and this would have been a 5 star experience if not for the personnel this visit. Rude and unhappy to service from her inability to hear my order and to speak loud enough. Anyway there are new cafes sprouting up at CCP such as huggs - which is full house at my time of visit.. so u know.. service can be better
