★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their $10 for 2 cakes promo - Thousand Leaves Cake & Pandan Gula Melaka Cake . Their service is really great but their cake standard dropped so heavily and would not order the cake again. I saw the label "reduced sugar" and the cake reflected that - bland cakes similar to the neighbourhood cakes. For the chocolate cake, it used to be so good! They should offer the original flavours without the reduced sugar option because if I want to eat a cake, I would want it sweet. The Gula Melaka is decent with a separate gula melaka syrup. But both doesn't satisfy our cake cravings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never experienced slower service than at chain coffee houses like Coffee Bean and Starbucks in Singapore. It’s just incredible how slowly the staff work to make a coffee. This outlet is particularly slow. Watching the staff make a coffee is actually painful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CCP outlet used to be I and my colleague's favourite rest stop a few years back.
Today's visit verdict was that their glorious days are over. Unless, of course, if someone picks up the cudgel and do something.
Being right across the unassailable Starbucks means they really must rise to the challenge.
Yet, the staffs had somewhat lost their mojos. Not that they are bad buy they could do with a bit more enthusiasm and eye contact.
Observed the happy and incessant banter between themselves that made customers akin to being intruders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the misfortune of visiting this place yesterday. Hazelnut latte was watery and diluted. Had to return it after a couple of sips and informed the staff. The replacement hazelnut latte was served with utter carelessness as though I was freeloading. Very poor customer service. At 7.50 for a small latte what you get is a substandard drink with a cold service. Will never visit this place again. For the same price Starbucks or any other coffee joint is way better.
