Honestly I was going to give 1 star at first because when I asked the female staff the meaning of a flower, she asked me to Google it myself instead of taking time to explain to me especially since the shop was empty. I eventually went back to purchase and she was nice enough to apologise. The flower I bought had some issue and I went back to clarify and I wasn't expecting an exchange but she offered to exchange my flower. She also explained to me why wiping the flowers isn't good. The other colleague also retied my flower twice without complain. Good service recovery also deserves a mention hence the 5 stars. Thank u.
