★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aloysius, the manager of Flying Eagle Skate Singapore was extremely welcoming and friendly. He was very helpful sharing with me educational knowledge on how to choose the best skates and answered all my the questions that I had related to skating. 10/10 for customer service.
For the skates itself, they were top notch quality for its price. Comfortable, no break in time, control of the skates were steady. Aesthetically, it looks good. Worth every penny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aloysius was attentive and patient in explaining what one needs to look for when choosing or buying rollerblades. I was able to try different skates, test them out, get a feel of the fit and after choosing one, Aloysius helped adjust various aspect of the blades to eliminate any discomfort before purchase. It was a very customized session and you will walk away with a pair of blades that is fitted to you and all ready to go. You wouldn't be able to get such a service at any other retail shops (i did my homework and went to several shops) and that's why Aloysius goes by appointment only. I'm super happy with my F5S Falcon and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase rollerblades to look for Aloysius!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a pair of kids skates. 10/10 for customer service. Aloysius is indeed extremely welcoming and friendly. He was shared alot about the brand and knowledge about skating. Wanted to get an additional pair of hardboot skates but he advise to reconsider as he don't see the point unless i'm going for Carbon from Hardboot. Definitely recommend getting skates from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aloysius is very professional and patient. His experience and judgement has found me and my friend the right pair of rollerblade after struggling with a wrong size for awhile.
Rest assure he is not there to sell his product for the sake of selling but only want you to get the right pair of rollerblade!
Remember to book for an appointment before going down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a pair of skates for my 10yo boy. Aloysius provided excellent shoe-fitting service! There was no hard-sell at all. He was even able to examine son's posture and made adjustments to the skate to help with son's mild flat foot.
Being a parent himself, he also understands the needs of us, parents. And he took the time to teach my boy how to better use /handle the skates ?
Highly recommended!!
