Salam...really happy with my order ? The rice was really nice. The basmati rice was really good quality long & fluffy. The serving pun generous. Alhamdulillah The dishes was also sedap.. ?the dalca & ayam masak merah really terasa rempahnya. Really value for money. Highly recommended 10/10

Food is absolutely delicious. The lamb was very well cooked and soft. The masak merah chicken is also tasty. Nice and practical packaging with generous portions. Ordering was no hassle, done in less than 24 hours before my guests arrived. Highly recommended.

My review: Ordered nasi briyani set for 6 paxs from Food Etc on Saturday 28th May for family lunch. The set was beautifully n neatly packed in a box. We were expecting the usual portion for 6 paxs..but to our surprise, the portion was super generous!! The set includes nasi briyani dam (mutton), ayam masak merah, dalca with mutton, paceri nenas and acar buah. Every single dish was superb. Mutton was tender and the ayam masak merah was delicious with the right sweetness. Giving it a nice pairing with the spicy mutton. The dalca is superb too. Just the right consistency..not too thick or too runny. Paceri nenas and acar adds to the flavour of the already fragrant rice. For those who missed eating 'nasi orang kawin', you won't be dissappointed. This is truly a wedding feast! Thank you Food Etc for the scrumptious lunch! ❤️ (With the generous portions, calling my extended family over for late lunch ?)

Ordered the trio set for Lamb Bryani with Ayam Masak Merah and Dalca from @foodetc.sg . Now we don’t have to wait for weddings to enjoy this awesomeness. From the same kitchen as @theballroom.sg , those who attended weddings from there would know it is superrrr good. Have been waiting for this launch and it was worth it! The aroma from the rice, the tenderness of the lamb and the ayam, hais no need to say more la.. so sedap you should try it! Portions are generous too! Still in food coma from last night and sahur today! ?

I have always liked The Ballroom's briyani so when I found out they started delivering, I was excited ?. The briyani is not oily, very fragrant and even after reheating leftovers for sahur this morning, the rice remained aromatic and the grains remained sturdy, not soggy or berderai. The lamb was tender and juicy, ayam masak merah was sweet and sedap and my favourite was the dalcha with all the urat, very scrumptious. The acar to me could have been a slightly bigger portion hehe. Loved the packaging, looked very professional indeed. Overall a truly satisfying iftar. My husband and son enjoyed it very much too, my son kept asking for extras. Thank you guys ??

My review (ordered Trio): MasyaAllah portions are huge. A tub of rice can feed 2 person for a small eater. Briyani rice was so aromatic, soft and fluffy. Meat is soft, juicy and tender. Ayam merah: Look more than a sauce than paste but the taste of spicy, sweet and sour are perfect. Dalcha: is a Bomb!!...not too watery. A perfect sour taste dalcha with bits of meat inside. It reminds me of my grandma n mom's cook. The dalcha is also so good with prata too!! The packaging: look so clean, neat, professional and presentable. Delivery was smooth and even reach within the promised timing. Overall: ??⭐ My type of Briyani Dam that i can look forward to now. A briyani dam that is even butter than tekka market and brinda? The family platter i bought for my siblings: both said the briyani was POWER!!!! Rice was still good too to eat till next day. Infact it was still good after 2 days!!!

Foodetc Beryani Review: 1. Presentation: Top marks for the way the beryani is packed. The dum rice with lamb is packed in plastic containers with separate containers for the ayam masak merah and dalcha. The pacri and acar are in little containers put together in the rice containers. Impressive side dishes not just beryani and gravy. All containers are cling wrapped and sealed securely with very little chance of spillage. All the containers are then put in 1 pizza type box. Very ingenious and stylish. You would never guess there’s beryani in the pizza type box. 2. Quantity: You might think that if they come in pizza type boxes, the quantity would not be much as it has to fit in the box. You would be wrong. The serving is generous whether it be the rice or the ayam masak merah or the dalcha. I ordered the Trio package meant for 3 pax but believe me , 9 people can be fed with the Trio package without refill or 6 people if they want refill. So it comes to 2 or 3 people per container. Unless of course you’re the type who can finish 3 plates of beryani at one go then its 1 per person. 3. Quality: Fantastic. It really IS Wedding style beryani and not those normal so-so type ones. This is high standard Wedding-style beryani. So rejoice Wedding-style beryani lovers. What can’t be finished can be stored in the fridge to be reheated later. No fears that they will spoil. Thats the mark of quality prepation from Foodetc. 4. Verdict: A must get for Wedding-style beryani lovers. Now you can eat to your heart’s content with numerous refills without feeling that the other guests of the wedding at your table are judging you. My very first time ordering Foodtec Beryani. It definitely won’t be my last. Insyallah.

I recently ordered during Hari Raya Haji....tks for the generous superb food!! My whole family loves it so much ....all said so delicious..the dalcha hv so much veg n meat...ayam.msk merah gravy very thick n super shiock??!!! Nt forgetting the prawn n mint sauce good combination.....?? I surely recommend it to friends n relatives The rice portion consider alot n can be eaten more than 6pax surely I definately order again next time?
