Spot on ambience and service, vibes are immaculate. Food was great too, strongly recommend the chicken liver eclairs (comes in pairs but we requested for more) ?? The buns were also ???. Char siew was a flavor bomb as well.

overpriced wine, small mains, beef with too much fat and tendon, over salty foods. though presentation is nice but value for taste and quantity are poor. had to grab pizza after that...somewhere else. paid almost $500 for 4 pax. likes of such new restaurants no longer passionate about serving good food but real estate game play for business owners with multiple joints.

Things that were well done: food quality, wine selection and the service from the waitstaff. Things that weren’t so well done: extremely small portions and the execution of the beef. We requested a medium rare hangar steak but it came out looking like raw tuna. Picture below of the steak is after we sent it back to get it cooked further. We were told that medium rare steaks of this cut typically look a bit rarer than usual. I would’ve given this place a 4 star rating if not for this big detail. In the end the waitstaff were kind enough to strike $20 off our bill and I think that’s a positive sign of a restaurant that’s willing to improve

This place piqued my interest after receiving a Michelin Bib but unfortunately, it was a tough decision to understand why. While it is positioned as a wine bar, they mostly only carried wines from France, Italy and some parts of Europe. They left out a lot of good wines from Napa valley or even Australia. Food wise, food portion was way too small for the price. I left the place rather hungry still. It was definitely not worth the price. Frog legs was salty and tasted similar to a chicken karage with bones topped with caviar to justify the price but you won’t taste any caviar after biting into the salty, oily frog legs. Squid in black ink was basically a rendition of sotong masak Hitam (Malay cuisine) which you can get at any nasi padang store for a better price range and portion. Oysters were not as fresh as I would expect them to be for $7 a pop. The crab that was a special was also served on a bitter salad which was nothing special. The only 2 dishes that stood out was the iberico char siew pork and the white asparagus. Other than that, it was not worth the hype. Would try once for the ambience and lovely staff but not again for the food or drinks.

Though its a wine bar, the food here is definitely not an afterthought and was excellent though a little on the small side portion-wise but this was communicated by the service staff. Service was polite, professional and fun. They have a policy of requiring the purchase of wine as they are a wine bar, with by the glass options. But, the wine list isnt shown on their website, and the selection is on the higher end with correspondingly higher prices. Ultimately would recommend if you enjoy wine, and are comfortable with opening more premium bottles.

Wine was definitely amazing based on the recommendation. The food are small in portion but mighty in taste. Expect to spend 150 per person on food alone if you planning to have dinner here rather than treating like snack at a wine bar. That been said it is a wine bar. Great service and food to sum it up.
