For the Love of Laundry

After using some other cleaners because they were on my way, I appreciate even more what a great job these guys are doing. Other cleaners would not advise, ones even left stains on my pants. Never had an issue here, and the staff is really helpful and friendly. I asked my tailor and they confirmed they recommend For the Love of Loundry too. Wouldn't go elsewhere from now on.

I have used these folks exclusively for about 5 years; I will never use them again. I called 5 (5!) times over 4 days to ask where my clothes were, was promised return calls that never came. Imagine four times hearing “I’ll call you right back” then going another day before having to hunt them down again. Finally, talking to the head of operations, I requested they leave my clothes at one location and I’ll get them myself; don’t promise to follow up, etc. They promised to have them there and give a $10 certificate for future cleanings. They forgot. Stunning. The front desk staff are still great (that’s why they get one star) but as a service where they used to be so good, and have absolutely gone to pieces. Save your time, energy, and money. Go elsewhere.

I had a grease stain on my trousers that I was unable to get completely rid of by washing them home with the help of Vanish pre-wash stain remover. When I got my trousers back for this place, the stain was completely gone (so they did a better job than me at home) and the pressing job was also done very well. I had pleats on my trousers, and a sharp crease followed from the pleat down till the bottom. I don't know how or what they could have done better? I paid S$9.60 for this service, which I consider fair.

Was served by Jolene at RV. She is very professional in explaining to me the queries I had about the services provided. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Service was fast and easy to deal with. Will definitely head back again for my future dry cleaning needs.

Been using their service for years, from the outlet in Asia Square to the outlet now in River Valley. The staff are always attentive and friendly. The fees and the turnaround time are more expensive and longer than expected, compared to the US, but this is still probably the best dry cleaning service you can find in Singapore.

For the Love of Laundry is the best dry cleaners that I’ve found in all my years of living in Singapore. The staff are very helpful and treat your clothes with a great deal of care. I’ve never had any issues and would highly recommend them.

Sent a winter coat for dry-cleaning. Got it back after a week. When I got home and removed the plastic, I discovered that it was still dirty, covered in original fuss and hair. They basically did absolute nothing to it except wrap it in plastic and charge me $26. Had to send it back. Got an apology and they said they would clean it again. Went to pick up the coat again after another week, but it was still covered in fuss and hair! Didn't bother to get it "cleaned" again. At least they refunded my money. Will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone either.

Engaged their services to dry clean mattress protector as they have a partnership with the Heveya mattress brand. I received a quotation from them via whatsapp, and proceeded to have them pick up the items. After receiving the items, they sent an invoice confirming the total amount, and the price had gone up by $26. When questioned about the price change, the lady said that the new price is due to "thickness of the item". I found it fishy, as they knew prior the brand of mattress protector I was going to send in, and when she was quoting me, she didnt inform me that the price was subject to change depending on thickness of the item. I contacted my salesperson who sold me the mattress, and he sent me a price list which For the Love of Laundry should refer to. Refer to the picture, the price list is very straightforward, only 2 products in single or Queen size. I knew at this point that For the Love of Laundry was being slimy in their practices, because how can such a simple and standardized price list from the brand cause such mistakes and misunderstanding? In the end after pushing back, they did invoice the correct price for the mattress protector. However, in the revised invoice, the price for another item (pillow cover) went up. By this time I was too tired to argue with them anymore so i just accepted the higher pillow price Very DIRTY business practices for a CLEANING company. Avoid at all costs!
