Wonderful service! I had an old teddy bear that was large and musty (stuck in a box does that to you) and they did an amazing job cleaning him up. Affordable pricing, free pick up and delivery - they even mended a hole free of charge! Can’t recommend enough ???

This place is really good. I was so scared to clean my wedding dress cause it is handmade just for me, and I checked a lof of placed before but almost every place has bad reviews. I'm quite happy, I found Reward Laundry! Dry cleaning was not expensive and quite fast (6 days). Stong recommend!

I don't usually give 1 star rating, but this shop is too much. Very bad service. Terrible. Sent them my stroller to clean. Waited for 1 week. What they return was surprise me. The stroller condition is MORE DIRTY. (Refer to photo). Disgusting. Looks like my stroller just came out from construction site. Even the wheel cover is missing. I asked them find the cover and demanded refund. The damage now is on me. We will see how they compesate. Update: The manager contacted me and apologize. Laundry fee fully refunded. The wheel can can't be found.

They are awesome. Good service friendly staff and they managed to remove the mound stains on my clothes. These clothes has been stored for more than 2 years.

Edit: They contacted me to ask me to take down the review. I think my review is fair, but I will say that they do attempt to provide remediation when something goes awry. They offer a 5 day free redo policy for their customers, so there is a back-up plan available. My review below is more reflective of the fact that the mistakes shouldn't have occurred to begin with. Usually, remediation is not a better option than having the clothing item altered or dry cleaned correctly on the first try. I've taken several items for alteration and dry cleaning here. I would say it is a 50-50 chance whether your clothing will come back faulty after they have handled it. Some photos are attached. 1. They have incorrectly altered 2 sundresses (shortening of the hem of the dresses). The hem was off on one side of the dresses by 1-2 inches. They attempted to correct one of the dresses, but it still doesn't look right because they had to add fabric to lengthen the dress after incorrectly altering it. I didn't bother to take the second dress back. These mistakes resulted in not being able to wear the 2 dresses. 2. Additionally, they incorrectly altered a pair of jeans (taking in of the waist). They did not properly align the seams, so it's very obvious that they were altered poorly. 3. They have also dry cleaned a few items and they were returned with stains that I cannot remove. The representative acknowledged the stains when I pointed them out, but didn't offer to dry clean them once more and wrapped the dress for me to take home with the defects. Additionally, there is a sticker that was added that I cannot remove without damaging the fabric. Overall, I've had very good and very bad experiences here. I've decided that I will no longer be a customer because they've ruined some relatively expensive/sentimental clothing items and I don't want to take the risk. If you are indifferent about your clothing, I suggest this place. Otherwise, I would avoid taking nice (whatever that may mean to you) clothing items here. Regardless, I thank them for their service thus far.

Curtains were clean and smelled fresh. When they checked and found that there were some tears on the curtains, they offered to mend them for FREE. The collection and delivery man was also friendly and polite. Overall, great and professional service. I would highly recommend them!?

Reward Laundry has definitely been my lifesaver - just came back from overseas not long ago, and had to dryclean a blazer for an important meeting tomorrow, and they were able to make a same day service for me. The blazer was left in the closet for a good 3-4 years, which had some drink stain on it ever since it was there, and they managed to make it look as good as new! Words can't describe how grateful am that they have saved my day - am very sure they are one of the rare few that can provide same day service on a Sunday.

First of all, they used water instead of dry cleaning even I told them to to dry cleaning specifically. All the clothes were premium and expensive. But all of the stains were still there after the wash. None of the dust are actually out of my clothes but only the color changed more lighter. ex)black turning to grayish white. Not only that, they starched out all the folded lines straight and they all changed shapes. And even my shorts became shorter after dry cleaning. I'm really frustrated with my clothes now. ?⛔??‍♀️ DO NOT ASK FOR DRY CLEANING IF YOU LIKE YOUR OWN CLOTHES LIKE I DO
