★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you search for ‘coin laundry’ this place will come up, but it is only for dry cleaning services, not self-wash machines. Upon finding this out, I received a very rude attitude from a woman there. Lady, your pushiness will never work. I will never come back to your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems great in principle, but terrible in practice. You pay at a kiosk at pick up, but after payment I opened the automated door to retrieve my clothes and find it empty. That's right, they lost my clothes. And charged me. And there's no one to talk to about it. Ticket number is 33003

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundrymart at ue square was excellent. They collected my curtains washed and dry cleaned them and returned them promptly. They also suggested that I take them down and remove the clips to save money. They were excellent so glad I found them. They couldn't have been better.

BUT one recommendation for management: can you please use less / NO PLASTIC when packaging the clothes and be more environmentally sustainable? Bio-degradable plastic perhaps? Go Green!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my jacket for dry cleaning, had a poor experience with the payment system (it was faulty) and was unable to collect my laundry.
Had a poor impression of Laundrymart initially but staff at Laundrymart were very active in service recovery, reaching out to me to update me on the status of the repairs and promptly informing me of the availability of the payment system.
I’m very impressed with their service and appreciate the initiative. Special mention to their staff Ms. Catherine, who was very forthcoming and was genuinely concern about the predicament I went through. Keep up the great service and I look forward to my next dry cleaning session with you in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenny is amazing!! Needed to wash curtains as part of my moving out task. She’s so helpful by expediting the process and provided useful tips, such as to use luggage instead of bag, to carry the heavy curtain. Even more, she provided a proper receipt that can be submitted to my landlord. Can’t tell if she’s the owner, but if she’s not, she deserves a raise.
