As all the reviews, if there is ZERO star, i would have given it. The worst Lundary service that not only didn't clean but also there got big stain in front of the dress which is too ugly. When I sent the dress to this service, I still can ware it, after that, because of them, I can't wear it anymore. It wasn't a 10 Dollars dress and wasn't from the brand that give promotion. It was collection and new arrival.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this drycleaner especially for any special and/or expensive items. They completely ruined a brand new $600 silk dress (somehow managed to pull the entire hemline out and then press it in this way with the hem down)... and then in the process of having it re-hemmed after I complained and returned it managed to pull and make run numerous strands of silk thread thereby making lines up the dress. What makes it worse is that it was a brand new dress which I had worn once! They also managed to "lose" a pair of pants of mine about a year back and then mysteriously "re-find" them numerous weeks later (why I went back after this I am clearly berating myself for but they are the only drycleaner close to my condo). The staff are rude and unhelpful beyond all comprehension and even when after numerous complaints I finally got to talk to a "supervisor" she was also abhorrent and actually abusive towards me! Avoid at all costs!!

If I could give Laundry a Queen a 0 star rating I would. I gave them a very expensive, in perfect condition, Marimekko dress to dry clean and it came back with black blotches and white streaks. Of course I complained and they said they would send it back to the factory to the supervisor. I left instructions for him to call me after looking at it to see how it could be fixed. I asked that he call me first before taking any action, to let me know what could be done and the process. He never called. Instead I was told the dress was back in perfect condition and I could collect it from west coast plaza outlet. I went to collect it and found different marks on it, new unexplained marks. So why was it not checked by the supervisor before sending it to The outlet? Either way, it's unacceptable. So they convinced me to send it back to the factory supervisor who was again supposed to call me to explain the cause and the process, to see if I was even agreeable at this point to doing anything. No call. Again I had to chase them and was told the dress would be delivered to my home (as I had insisted) directly by the supervisor and the dress was fine. Supervisor comes over late evening, I rip Off the plastic to inspect the dress and woah and behold !!! It now has colour run marks !!! Why bring it over? Why lie? The supervisor convinces me he knows what he is doing and he can fix this. He needs another 8 days to do so. Laundry Queen has now had my dress for 4 weeks !!! My dress is delivered tonight with woah and behold, even more new damage. I should have taken it back it it's previous less damaged state! A designer dress, worth way more than what they will give me $90. I will never use Laundry Queen again.

I totally agree with the other bad reviews given to this laundromat. I should have read up on them earlier, then I wouldn't have to face this painful process. From encountering rude and sulky counter staff (cant even bring myself to call them customer service assistants!) to receiving discoloured (light grey suit stained pink and purple!!) clothes. Compensation not forthcoming for a mistake obviously theirs and still required an internal process (that is not what a customer should be concerned with) before they determine that it is their fault.

Just as the previous reviewer said, if I could give this business a ZERO star, I would. One of the worst laundry cleaning service I had ever used. They lost my comforter and said that it's my fault that I did not separate the cover from the comforter. They had even confused my item with another customer's. They simply provided the worst possible customer service, no apologies at all, no solution given. When they finally found the item, they still had the cheek to still charge me for the mistake that they made. Furthermore, because I am a first time customer, they have to charge a processing fee of additional $1 on top of my already paid bill. It will be my first and last time that I will engage their services.

A word of caution, please save yourselves the worries and trouble of using this laundry service. Just a terrible experience over all. I should’ve taken the already bad reviews into consideration, plenty of other better options around the area.

Don't send your clothes here to be done for ANYTHING Wife was just taking a look at the suite sent for dry cleaning. Shop keeper immediately said in a unfriendly tone that we are not allowed to check the suite because they accept the item without checking as well. what sort of logic is that. I can't even check my own clothes are in the condition i sent in for cleaning? How have you been in business for 10 years.
