Lilian is exceptional. She has delivered excellent service and exudes great warmth, knowledge, patience, genuineness with great joy and an amazing smile. She is highly passionate in her work and delivers it in all that she has done for me. I'm highly grateful for her service.

First of all, I really appreciate the idea of providing the passport renewal service for all Malaysian. However, I would suggest the management to look into the customer service provided by the Raffles City outlet. During my visit on 30/04, there were 2 ladies on shift: one at her middle-aged lady and one younger lady. I was served by the middle-aged lady initially, she was very polite and helpful, explained to me in details on the process and helped me to take the photo as well. While waiting, the young lady told me that I have to retake the photo with my hair in ponytail. She then proceed to edit the photo. Standing at the counter, I can see that she edited my head by removing part of my head. (I'm like???) The ratio is completely out and the photo doesn't looks like me at all. Then, she told me its done, I can go home and wait for the Official Receipt email. I ask her politely, can I have a look at the final photo? --- "Oh, I can email you," she replied. Right after I received the email, I politely asked her again "Is it a must to edit my head like this?" To my surprise, the reply i got from her is "How about I refund you and you submit yourself?" I'm glad that the middle-aged lady came to me and resolved the issue. Kudos to her! Sorry for the long winded story here but all and all, I wanted to raise this issue still as I think the management / potential customers have the rights to know what is the customer service quality / expectation the outlet is having.

The service provided is very fast and efficient. The staff is patient, polite and easy to communicate with.

Shop assistant is so busy to entertain customer and they just want to photocopy some documents, also need to wait for 40 mins

Wanted to enquire on making a mug . Called multiple times during operation hour and no picks Up. I then try to do in online under Foto hub e shop , able to upload photo for mug and then unsure what is the further action as there is no “next “ button .

Positive experience here! Li Ming was so patient with us even though we were taking up so much of her time! Kudos!

opted for the lab printer option via the kiosk because i knew it was cheaper at 50c/pc, opposed to 70c/pc for the instant thermal printer. but I only realised I was charged the thermal printer price after making payment. that's not very honest of the staff on duty, for not informing me she was giving me the instant thermal printer option instead. thankfully it was only a small handful of prints and not a large qty. quality wise there is nothing to complain about.

$14 for softcopy passport photos. They came in really quick, sent to email direct, less than the 1hr they mentioned. Nice to provide mirror to check hair. But the image looks over exposed! Maybe because of the backlight in the background? So I would chose to retake elsewhere next time..
