★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is ok for a single person or a family who is just looking for a budget hotel to the night over. Good views of the city from the room to be fair. I am from room 206 and i would definitely reccomend my friends and family to have a staycation here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The colour of the lights were cosy and nice. The toilet was very small. The location was perfect. Just near to the mrt station. There are nearby places for good food. It's a good location but not for staycaytion. It was not really a good idea to do a staycay there with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my needs are being met and i am satisfied with my pleasent stay here. You can ask for extra without charge. The station is located directly under the Hotel, so access via the lift or escalator was very easy with your luggage if coming directly from the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is a bit run down but typical of most Asian suburbs. The room smelled of cigarettes and the shower was 10 cm. With just a 10 minute walk, you can get to so ***y interesting places. A few eateries are nearby but you aren't spoiled for choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircon not working and the staff is just plain rude. Not sure what’s her name but the Malay staff at lavender hotel talk to guest as if we owe her something.
Previous Filipino staff was better, at least he smile and was friendly to all the guest. Don’t know what happen to this hotel but you should train your staff better and hire those people who intend behave appropriately during working hours
Overall if y’all need a place for a quicky and don’t mind staff who talk to each other instead of attending you while giving you attitude then go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent location (5 mins walking to Lavender MRT, 3 mins to burger king, McDonalds, cheers, and local food court) (1 min to bus stop).
The room size, i can't complain much. But I had no problem as long as it is clean, and all the tools functioning well. Service was friendly.

Housekeeping itself 6/10 and toilet aren’t so clean. Please avoid taking room 203 coz it too small and smelly.
Good for short time stay. Please improve so next time I’ll rate 10/10. Thanks
