โ โ โ โ โ Numbers given is very misleading. Calling for Singapore office ended up being transferred to either Indonesia or Vietnam most of the time. Information given is not clear and when asked to repeat got scolded as well as putting down the phone before I could finish telling them my situation. Is it that hard to make a phone call now a days?

โ โ โ โ โ The poorly trained staff both local and overseas. Rundown unhygienic properties badly maintained hotels. The only brand that hides behind rules & policies, where property staff (not Reddoorz staff) will tell you its Reddoorz policy as a reason and when you check with Reddoorz on the same issue, they will bounce you back by saying it is the Property owner policy. Basically what it means is, as a guest if you have problems, you cannot expect the issue to be solved. Personally, as a guest I got threatened to be blacklisted by Reddoorz staff for trying to escalate the complain to their HQ. Despite being a frequent cusomer. Devoid of consumer advocacy and clearly a signal that they do not have any sincere care for guests and their wellbeing nor their safety. Both the properties and Reddoorz only talk money, ask guests to pay money and ignore you when it comes to service shortfalls. That basically ended my patronage for it and seriously advise against supporting this brand. They call themselves a hotel chain but in their T&Cs they disclaim by saying they are just agents and will not be responsible for any incidents en-site. Which opened the big question; are they covered under your travel insurance? As travellers, we all know the delays it can take when "gray" areas like this arise. Might be better off not to risk the roof over your heads on travel, and go with a real hotel chain. Lack in pricing and advertisement ethics. Never use any of their buy 2 nights and get 1 free, you will find that it is more flexible for travellers to book day by day. The price difference is marginal and offer no incentive. Pretty much it is more of a bait, not a great deal at all. **Buyers Beware: Always check the true value for money by removing the promo codes and redcash discount at the booking page to see the change and difference in pricing to see if it is worth your while before payment. Unable to fulfill service guarantees despite clearly stating it as a selling point. Given rooms with no TVs when it is a guaranteed service. Deceptive loyalty system, why have Redcash when it can never be used to offset against payments or exchange for free nights. Do not have to register as member with RedDoorz and risk your personal info in another database. Just wait for the 25% discount promo codes (which is always frequently available) and use it, if you must. Forget about the redcash, and save your money from joining redclub. There is not much incentives anyways. Max promo codes is capped usually at 25% anyways.

โ โ โ โ โ Good afternoon I checked in to your hotel on the 29th May. The next day upon check out I left behind a pair of sandals. I called your hotel an hour later but your end claimed that the housekeeping has not seen any sandals. I again checked in to your premises on 30th May. Upon asking your front desk pertaining to my sandals and he told me that housekeeper claimed I have throw the sandals into the bin therefore she throw it away. I am very sudden I will not throw my pair if branded sandals in the bin. What I'm totally disappointed I am being accuse of things I have not done furthermore your housekeeper is trying to push the blame. The other issue is on the 4th June. Your front desk personnel asked me whether to I need to make up my room since after 3pm there will not be any housekeeper. I obliged and after the make up room I realised your so call make up room is just replenish mineral water and bath towels. The bed was un touch from my sleep. I am totally devastated during my stay with your hotel. I chosed this place because it was highly recommended but I guess it should be review again.
