L	Levenza Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only star is given to the friendly and helpful receptionist. Dr gan doesn't speak in interest and well being of patient, focusing on irreverent question on where I come from and passed judgement. I will not come again.

Y	Yum yum Cool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was turned away by another clinic along upper east coast road and happened to see this Frankel Clinic when I do a quick search nearby clinic. The first time I went to this clinic was unsure whether this doctor , Dr Gan has the experience treating my sickness. I consulted him and his professionalism has convinced to me that he is a good n experience doctor. The clinic is a bit remote which I guess not many people are awared that there is a clinic in it because they share the shop with a dental clinic ( Burlinson dental Siglap). He is a friendly, humor ,experience and no worry doctor! Can go to Dr Gan if you guys have sickness. No long waiting time which I hate most!

He's a very trustworthy doctor as he is very careful and thorough with his diagnosis compared to most other GPs. I am still very thankful that he helped me via overseas phone call- LATE night- for an urgent medical consultation prior to my wedding day.
I	Ivan Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with Frankel Clinic. My wife had a food allergy and the whole face was swollen and numb. I rushed my wife to frankel clinic and we reach at 1130hrs. When my wife get to talk to receptionist, it was 1132hrs.. and because of the 120sec difference, my wife was rejected treatment and consultation!! My wife ask the receptionist to look at her face which is swollen and painful from the allergy, but was reply with a cold reply of “sorry”.. I find this totally unacceptable. Is opening clinic only to make money? Why reject treatment to people who rush here and in need that come in just 120 sec late talking to receptionist. I will never recommend and go to this clinic.

My helper went for medical check, Dr had to take 4 different attempts to take blood....sometimes it happens to all but he then blamed her for not being able to saying she's caused queues to build up. Then he says 63 kgs is too big and she must lose weight by next visit...well she won't be visiting you again
K	Karen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a clinic ever. Doctor came in over 1 hour late!!! Clinic opens at 9.15am, doctor STROLLED in at 10.25am. Doctor Gan showed NO sense of urgency or remorse. First thing he did when he came, despite being late, was still check letter box. Staff also didn't inform that doctor is not here! Your sick patients are waiting! Strolled in so complacently somemore. Wasted my time. Will never go there ever again. Boycotting this clinic.

More than 30 years later and now being a father of 3 kids, I can safely say Dr Gan is still my preferred family doctor, after shifting back to the east. Down-to-earth and unpretentious. Because of my kids I’ve been to many more doctors in recent years, and seen my fair share of those that are in it for the money. Dr Gan is still one of the most caring and professional doctors I’ve even met.
