Always come here must wait minimally 1 hour because they do not have a transparent queue number and their organisation is terrible. The young man at the counter did not take my phone number too when i asked to see doctor, only 1 hour later a young lady ask my number. And they even want to let others who just came to cut my queue. ??‍♀️ I am sick and waiting outside with a fever, have sympathy please. Its a hot sunny day.

My sister went down to clinic cause she feeling unwell and tested positive but they told my sister they cant do the swab test cause it only done in morning only?! Im working in clinic too, lab is working 24hrs for any sample to collect. If in the first place she cant do any swab test jolly tell her in advance so that she can go to other clinic instead of asking her to come bck tomorrow morning to do it. My sister feeling soo sick and yet have to come bck tmrw just for swab test? Worsttt clinic ever!

staff at the counter were super loud and rude when i came for my booster. they didnt respect my privacy and were only friendly to people who frequently visited. my appointment for my booster was at 9 and i reached the centre at 8.45, but they only called me at 9.30+ to take my vaccine. only the doctor was nice. the whole centre is inefficient and slow. will never go again.

Tested positive & went straight to the clinic. Walked in & said that i was positive. & One of them gave a negative comments & was talking to each other about me. Both of the lady from the counter receptionist also gave comments like “haiyo” “wait outside” “dont touch anything” in a rudely manner. Was feeling fatigued & weak, & they asked me to wait outside in a hot weather. When it comes to payment, the lady with the long hair came outside & passed me the medical certificate & said the total bill ($10). Since i have chas card, i wanna make use of it so i asked her if she accept chas card too. Then her reply was really disappointing. She said “$10 only lei “ Its like my money or her money? so i thought that i could use card to pay so i gave her my card & she said, “ dont have cash ah ?” i replied no then she said she will give paylah or paynow qr code. Bad experience. Will never go back to this clinic again. The way they treat covid positive patient is really bad.

so so so lousy, wouldnt reccomend people to come check if they are tested positive for covid. so far, i know all clinics will send their test to lab because its 24/7. unfortunately they will ask patients to come back in the morning to do the test. that’s not really good? people are sick & fatigue. no one will have the energy to go up and down just because u did not mention about them not being able to do the test? be transparent about it to the patients. dont waste their time. they can go other clinics for better service. yours is just utter rubbish.

Hi All, I would like to express my thanks to Dr Teo & her team for being so nice and polite whenever I am there. Dr Teo is my regular GP where I go for my yearly checkup and she is always so nice to answer my question whenever I have any doubts. Her staff nurse Florence is super helpful and the nurse wearing specs is helpful too. I’m grateful for it. They are more like friends to me rather than my doctor ? Really appreciate their patience & attention through out.

I am very thankful for the nurses at Fraser Medical Clinic at Telok Blangah as they are very empathetic and understanding. When my mother had vertigo, they offered a wheelchair and worried that my mother would fall when she headed towards the clinic. They were also concerned about my mother's condition when we were waiting for our turn in the clinic. Dr Teo is also very skilful when it comes to injection and my mother was well taken care of by their nurses and doctor. My whole family is grateful for their care and support.

Unbelievably bad !!! Doctor wanted to push another 2 courses of expensive antibiotics to my aged mom ( after she just finished 1 round of antibiotics) and worse still , refused to come on the phone when I wanted to query why . I also wanted to have a quick word on my mom’s blood test over the phone (because I am work )but the doctor was totally inflexible with zero empathy . Just refused to pick up the phone . Now I totally understand why there were a number of bad reviews for this clinic . Poor residents
