The clinic has a lot of patients, so waiting time is expected. Doctor and receptionist are professional. Good clinic.

Visited this clinic because it was listed on the panel of my company insurance, checked with the reception lady who seem super uninterested in her work and was told they are not on such plan, I even showed her the panel list on the insurer app, but she insisted they are not, so maybe the tie-up with the insurer was cancelled, which is fine. I asked the lady how long is the waiting time, since I saw no customers at around 8:40am, was told doctor only comes after 9:30am and there are several people before me. The reception had zero interest in serving patients. As for the doctor, well one can imagine the service you will get if he only arrives an hour after opening hours. I am glad I did not wait and visited Shenton Medical over at Harbourfront Centre, though I had to take a bus over, much better service from them.

Had a good experience with Dr Eugene about 20 years ago when I had an abscess on my hand, he did a cut with a blade, relief was immediate after a whole week of pain and visit to NUH A&E didn't help.

Didn't think much about the review when i was booking my vaccination slot. Since you dont interact much right? I was wrong. I felt so uncomfortable at how cold hearted and unemphatic the doctor is. I have seen a fair share of doctors (always accompanying my parents / relatives to the clinics). When he asked what the side effect i had with my vaccination, i mentioned that my heart rate escalated, and shared what my apple watch heart rate was measuring last time. It was bearable but i was jus concerned. He made it seem like i was stupid and that what i said is untrue. What is the point of asking me the questions if you are not trying to understand the situation? Would have book my vaccination slot later / somewhere else if i have known the doctor would make a simple vaccination trip soooooo unpleasant. To add on the clinic is not the cleanest, its old and dirty.

Saw many negative reviews which made me rather hesitant but just had to get checked out on an evening where no other clinics are open. Doc and nurse were both very polite and professional. Service was quick and efficient. I had a great experience.

Concur with most reviews about Dr Eugene Lim - he treats patients like factory products to be quickly 'packed' and 'delivered out'. Stingy with MC even for more serious conditions - obviously wants patients to return so he can pocket another round of consultation fees. Expect long waits because he's rarely on time as well. It used to be that residents in Telok Blangah were 'hostages' to his clinic because of our limited options especially those that open late but thanks to telemedicine apps, I won't ever go to Healthplus unless I have absolutely no other option.

ZERO STAR RATING! Eugene Lim is a money minded & cold hearted β€œdoctor” that has NO empathy at all. Receptionist seems so uninterested in serving customer as well. Not only did they not greet their customer, they were also so unaffected when I threatened to complain their clinic. I have paid $50 for a piece of lousy medical letter to certify that I am unfit to take the simulator practices. The letter was poorly written and short. I was super shocked and upset at the quality of the letter. When confronted on consultation day, they mentioned that doctor was too busy to review the letter with me. I went to my driving school to submit it however it was rejected as it did not certify that i was fit to drive despite having this medical condition. I went back to the clinic for the doctor to review my case and add in JUST ONE LINE to justify that i was fit to drive. However he insists that i need to undergo another consultation and to pay another $50 as he claims that it was 2 separate issues - excuse from simulator & being fit to drive. He mentioned that I requested to be excused from simulator but I did not ask to be checked whether I am fit to drive. Well, what is the point of being excused from simulator if he cannot certify that I am still fit to drive. This defeats the point of me taking this excuse letter. Furthermore, shouldn't the doctor have a detailed of what went down that day to certify that I was well to drive instead of forcing their patients to go for another consultation so as to fund his pocket? Furthermore, is adding one line really so tough? The fact that I have to pay additional money just to add one line. His replies were curt and he cut me off rudely and left me on hold intermittently . Doctor really be earning good and EASY money just by robbing the poor. The kind of doctor should not even be respected as he is HAS NO empathy at all and he is so inflexible and money-minded. I will not spend another $50 just to get another subpar letter. LOL! The clinic is so rundown anyways, door is literally hollow and the place is really whack. BOYCOTT HEALTHPLUS!!!!!
