Whenever i passed by outside this CLINIC, noticed there are some peoples waiting outside the clinic. And, the clinic staff took their medical details OUTSIDE THE CLINIC. That was one incident, a clinical staff blocking at the walk way asking patient's condition. And still, She SAID she ONLY need 5 mins sitting there!! The walk way don't belong to YONG KANG, THAT IS FOR PUBLIC!! How inconsiderate!! So called a medical professional..??

We 8 hours ago We made appointment and put request to see Dr Ong Swee Ling for Shringles. Patient is diabetic and I called to check as we need special attention. Reach clinic but long waiting time though we have appointments. We thought patient can finally see her. Surprised she told her assistant physician to do acupuncture treatment instead of Dr Ong herself to treat patient for both appointments Hello, I requested for Dr Ong, not anyone else. Patient also not able to see Dr Ong due to COVID. This is extremely unprofessional. At Payment counter, it is a mess. Counter staff told us to pay lump sum $168 For the first appointment and $235 the following week for the 2nd appointment. Total payment $403 in 1-2 week. Guess what? There is no official receipt given at all. Counter staff staff still got cheek to ask me whether we are requesting receipt to claim insurance.. Staff provided receipt after requesting and it is surprisingly given in one lump sum amount with no specific breakdown of payment??? Do you know this is unethical billing method under Casetrust?? Staff told us the medicine is expensive and you know we check the cost at her website that acupuncture is $50 max and consultation is $30max. Do you mean the small potion of medicine cost $200-$300 for both treatment in 1 week time? Some more it is to be apply at external skin one time use and not orally taken.. I demand the full explanation and solution from Dr Ong of Yong Kang Medical. My contact number is 96908817. Otherwise, we are blowing out this matter to the relevant media and Casetrust with the proof within 3 working days effective from today, 10.10.2020.

Agree with a lot of comments about terrible front desk service under another name but same clinic. Maybe they had to start a different name due to poor feedback there. The rudeness and incompetency clearly worsened during this period where appointments have to be done via messenging. There were confusion during the appointment taking process and when arrived, the front desk lady claimed the patient is in the wrong. The confusion was caused mainly due to the weak language competency. I doubt the doctor read all the reviews here and that's why nothing has improved so far. I will be moving on to another doctor and would appreciate recommendations from folks here!
