Not too many units so there isn't a crowd competing for space at the pool, BBQ, terraces, & other places to relax.
Comfortable overall.
Located in the heart of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for a week in 2021, when Singapore tentitavely reopened its borders and we had a very pleasant stay. The facilities are clean, and the location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from Orchard MRT.

Not only the prime location but also the service and cleanliness were really impressive.
We stayed there last December before moving to our apartment with our 3 year old son. The staff were always really nice to us and supportive.
One time I ordered a redmart delivery and when it arrived i wasn’t in the room. The staff helped bring up and took out our fresh milk into the refrigerator for us!! We were really satisfied with all the detail service.
When we checked out, Steven also helped a lot with settling our new home without any problems. We are very happy we have chosen Fraser residence!!

Delicious and healthy breakfast in heavenly terrace
Pool and gym need appointment.
The service and cleanliness was excellent. i love this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Into my 2nd month at this property. The housekeeping seems to be in an increasingly chaotic stage. They don't seem to have a checklist for their housekeeping service. I had a new cleaner servicing my apartment today and the level of cleaniness is completely below par. Kitchen trash is not removed and all the unused trash bags are thrown away. The balcony is dusty and the iron board are not packed up. What level of cleanliness when the cleaner spend only 15 to 20 minutes at the unit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to write a review at the end of my 1 month stay here. It's been 4 days, and i must say, i love this place. The pool is great, room (1 bed room deluxe) is spacious, gym basic, but not too bad as it is really clean. But what i love about this place, is the people/staff. They are so accommodating and really friendly. Looking forward to the next 27 days!! Great work Frasers Residence Orchard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a most relaxing getaway here and got the mental rest I needed. The property itself is so quiet and peaceful, you wouldn’t believe it’s just 5 mins from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. The apartment (Studio Deluxe) was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchenette, washer/dryer, a bath tub and my favourite piece: a high-quality sound bar to lift your mood with music all day, every day! The cleanliness is superb, and sinking into the big and soft bed at night is simply the best feeling. If you can afford a longer stay, I’d highly recommend this over a hotel in Singapore’s city centre. You will feel like a resident rather than a guest - in a good way! Thank you, Team Fraser ❤️
