This is my first time doing teleconsultation and I must say I am impressed with how convenient it is! Great service. Dr Teo is knowledgeable and empathetic, she provided me with the support I need during this period. Her nurse Joanne is very patient when going through the prescription with me although I had many questions. I love their products too, they are very effective for me! My acne has cleared up and I am still using the products to maintain my condition.
F	FangTing Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the custom Lip Lab experience, and was so pleased with my personalised LipSerum stick. It was a really interactive and fun experience. I got my skin tone analysed, and a colour recommendation based on my tone and colour wheels. As a designer, I could fully appreciate how colour theory was integrated into the experience. What I also enjoyed very much was getting to 'try' on all kinds of different shades with the virtual mirror (you can also try it on their website). That experience really helped me quickly narrow down my desired shade, which was really nice compared to going down to a store and trying on all the different shades on my hand...The best part was getting to see my lipstick made right in front of me! I chose a red toned colour with peach flavour, and when I tried it on, I was so happy with how the shade looked on me, and also how buttery smooth and natural it felt on my lips! I would definitely recommend this experience as a treat for anyone, and I think it would also make an amazing and thoughtful gift for a female friend or family member. :)

I saw Dr Teo with teleconsult for my acne which was a relief as I didn’t even need to leave my house! Dr Teo gave me really good advice for my skin and the nurse Joanne explained the medicines and topicals very patiently. The prescription medications were all shipped to me too! The Berberine prescriptive acne treatment has been a particular lifesaver - it helped so much with my acne and my acne scars are getting better too! I also really like the honey cleanser it makes my skin feel clean but super hydrated!

I saw improvements in my skin after as well, and would definitely come back! Also want to recommend the Amino Acid 360 Masque, which is definitely my favorite product here! I refrigerate it before using, and my skin feels amazing after.

Did the blue light treatment to reduce my acne prone skin and it felt really firm and rejuvenised after completing the 30 min session! The pharmaceutical lab technician also shared with me that i could book a consultation to have a treatment targetted to suit my skin type. Overall a great experience here, and would definitely recommend their treatments to my family and friends.

Dr Teo is very patient and empathetic with her responses and it definitely helps when facing such conditions. Within 5 weeks, I’ve started to see progress in thickening of my hair shaft and some tiny hair growth with Dr Teo’s line of products such as the degreasing shampoo, hair thickening mask, copper peptide serum, lipigro serum, lipisilk serum, cutiscool gel mask and the Orzat4 hair regrowth bamboo brush. Also sought Dr Teo’s advice for eczema and hives. The miel honey cleanser is awesome. The anti-flaking effect can be seen in as short as a week. Dr Teo’s recommended routine has also helped me manage the frequent flare ups. Also thankful for the help and support by Dr Teo’s assistant, Joanne. Joanne is very friendly and helpful. She would assist and respond to the many questions that I have whenever I needed clarifications. Am really thankful for both Dr Teo’s and Joanne’s support in my journey.
