Dishonest business...they told me they can fix my fridge...paid $298 for it and it work for just 1 night and it broke dwon again, this time the company don't even bother to send someone down to check it for me but instead say i have to pay more charges for it.

I also got cheated after I search this number thru google. A ladie ans the call book an appointment for me which is fast. My fridge could not turn on, a guy came and evaluate and said its the Board problem which samsung dont carry anymore, he said he is an expert and study what electronics for how many years and said he can solder the IC chips inside and make it work. He said my fridge is very good and would last at least 6 to 7 years more after he do the soldering of the IC Board. It cost $260+, I said 2nd hand one cost about the same and dont want to proceed, he keep insist now the market dont have this kind of fridge that saves so much on electric, newer ones eats more power then mine. After what he siad I proceed with the repair as I tot it make sense. It did work after that, but the next day morning(Within 24 hours) its not working anymore, same problem. call them and told them what happen, the ladie said no warranty after repair, come on, its within 24 hours its spoil. she said to arrange another appointment and did not call me back, I tried calling back she does't ans already. I use different phone she pick up and said the same thing. after that my other number got blacklist by them maybe, If I were to use another number to call them I guess they will pick up and say the same thing. I guess I wont be calling them already and dispose off the fridge and buy a 2nd hand one I think. I hope some lucky ppl saw these reviews before they got cheated

This place is a dishonest business. They quoted me for a repair that requires gas and clearing of a valve. Bc my fridge is built in to the wall they said these types of fridges are much more expensive. Their initial quote was 600. I got them to reduce it to 400. Everything was working when the tech left. The next day, the exact same symptoms happened. If the symptoms were different, I would understand. But it was the exact same thing. They proceed to blame it on something else. And are not working to provide another quote. So I got to another shop for them to give me a quote there’s was 180. I showed them the bill. And they told me this is not the first time I heard of this. Please beware.
