He explained the part that has to be changed so that I could understand what I was charged for and the cause of my fridge problem. It was done before 7pm and the fridge is working again. Thank you Simon!

He was quick on troubleshooting, maybe it's because it's a common household refrigerator problem. It was a problem with the chiller fan motor. Simon has the part for immediate repair. Overall I'm very satisfied with Simon's service and would recommend his service to others having refrigerator problem.
