The original has both oysters & prawn. Quite worth it at $3.50 or 3 for $10. They provide chili sauce, which is uncommon. More than 1 prawn in the oyster cake. Would say it's reasonably priced.

This is a new stall and they do sell really a mean good fuzhou pastry puff cake. The fillings are over flowing in a crispy batter which oozes flavours & texture. It is piping hot and delectable snack to have and I can’t stop at one! I hope they can keep up with their consistency and quality of their good as I will back again to patronise them. Sorry Jalan Besar, this stall is more accessible and equally good as yours ????

Authentic Fuzhou Oyster Cake. Best eaten when freshly fried.

For 3.50 I reckon.. this oyster cake is really stuffed with lots of minced meat and oysters... The skin is crispy and honestly didn't taste too oily.. so jus go for it when u wanna try something other than fried dim sum.. I got a take away...

This is a delicacy that isn't that commonly found in Singapore. Imagine my delight upon discovering this stall situated just a stone throw's away from my mom's place. At a selling price of 3 for $10 (or $3.50 per price), it's really good value as each oyster cake was stuffed full of ingredients and porky goodness. The chilli sauce that came with each oyster had a sweet aftertaste and complemented the oyster cake well.

Finally tried this after coming for the third time. This is nothing close to the original taste and ingredients used. The minced pork is sour, too much powder used and too little vegetable inside. Selling at such a high price of $3.50 and couldn’t produce the original taste of oyster puff is an utter disgrace and insult to this dish. Wasted my trips to come and try this. The only good point is it’s hot and crispy other than that the taste is utter failure. Even the Eunos stall that sells this for $2 taste way more original and better.

Pretty good place to get your oyster cake cravings fixed, but not the best I’ve had. Nonetheless, they sell 3pcs for $10 which is pretty value for money and the original one has prawn, oyster and relatively generous amount of minced pork. Their chilli complements the oyster cake well too.

Came across this stall last Saturday. Generous portion and taste good. Three for ten only. Friendly uncle. Many types of oyster cakes to try. One of many Singapore delicacy, I’d say. ?
