โ โ โ โ โ Liked the customer service provided by Jasper Ong who was friendly, knowledgeable n attentive. One suggestion. On Google your opening hour is from 10.00 am. Make it a habit to answer your phone when the phone rings at 10.00 am. It would help improve a customer's confidence on the brand n reduce anxiety.

โ โ โ โ โ Very hands off service. Pretty unwelcoming staff. However, having all cameras set up to test with cool Lego set is very helpful. Gallery is also worth a look as there's some amazing work. Having all prices listed, along with promotions published.
Just don't expect a response to saying hello. Or try and buy something!

One guy staff was chatting with another lady all the while about food, and another male staff approached us for our questions, half way explaining, we were interrupted by a lady who couldn't reattach removed a camera lense and the guy just walked away from us to serve her. Didn't even asked to be excused. Not buying anything from here in future

โ โ โ โ โ I was bit reluctant to visit this shop after seeing some negative reviews. But I still went ahead because that is where the product Iโm looking at is available at this point of time - X Pro 3 Dura Black. This outlet caters to new purchases, Fujifilm redemptions, lens loans and so many other Fujifilm stuff. So obviously, this place was crowded when I went on a Saturday and the staff did the best to attend to everyone. Small chat with one of the staff revealed that this outlet is being administered by MS Colors for the time being. So for anything Fujifilm, I will be visiting this outlet and MS Colors. And this must be mentioned - this outlet has some inspiring photos for display on their walls so that the visitors can get kind of inspired towards photography as they queue up to get served by patient and knowledgeable staff.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff at this shop are not competent. I had called ahead for the product I needed which was a replacement battery for my GFX50s. The staff who picked up the call acknowledged the camera model and when I was in the shop repeated that it was the battery for this camera model. I paid for it threw it in my bag and left. They gave me the wrong battery.
I had to make another trip the next day to replace it. The staff are under โMS Color Serviceโ and it is disappointing dealing with both Fujifilm staff, who were there and could not even offer an apology, and the โMS Color Serviceโ staff. Both seem uninterested in customer service.
