โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience. The only star goes to Dr Calvin Tan, who was very considerate and helpful.
Regarding the doctors, I have to warn the patients that some doctors are truly disgrace to this profession. The first doctors I saw used "I don't know" to answer all questions from me, including the question about whether I should seek advice from another specialist. I went to the clinic another day and found out that I have a minor issue. If the general physician's only task is to write referral letters, why not just hire an idiot to sit in consultation room?
Besides, the staff at reception will ignore the examination reports received from other centers. If you want to know whether your reports have arrived, you will need to check it out yourself.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to do a pre-matriculation check up on 21/06. Overall the check up took about 30 minutes which was rather fast. Staff was pretty well-trained in their tasks, making the waiting time short. The doctor attending to me was friendly as well.

โ โ โ โ โ was 8minutes late for my flu vaccine yet they couldnโt be a little flexible, and was curtly turned away. the least they could do was to warn us in the confirmation email that we had to be strictly on time. had to reschedule my appointment which is a month away.
update: the counter lady was accommodating and allowed us to get our shot. the nurse was nice too.

I asked one nurse to help me with something (as the doctor had instructed me to do) but she rudely told me she was busy and to ask someone else instead. I also waited one hour for a small test because the nurse told me to sit and never got back to meโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Nurse pearl was very nice and friendly, administrated the flu jab really carefully too.
Went in for the complimentary flu jab so everything was fast since there was no need to consult doctor.
So apparently the reason why their rating went from 1 star to 4 stars is cos the management will pressure their staff to coerce patients to leave positive reviews before being able to leave.
This doesnโt excuse having patients to wait for hours on end and being unattended to until they themselves ask the receptionist. Even so, they will risk facing negative responses from the counter staffs.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for the health screening today. Staff were friendly and helpful, the whole procedure was efficient, maybe because I only went for a quick checkup?
Happened to drop my wallet on the CR bus but the receptionists and lady checking my height and weight were kind and helped me contact the transport services. Found my wallet after I managed to get on the same bus as before.
Went in the late afternoon on a weekday so there was only a small crowd. Leaving a review here to thank them for their help!

โ โ โ โ โ I can confirm many reviews here regarding the ill-natured manner of some staffs there. The chubby receptionist girl (sorry, to identify with physical aspect, I didnโt look at her nametag [if thereโs one, I doubt]) just glance at me, and response with very very unfriendly tone when I asked for alternative clinics that was still in service.
Honestly, I wouldnโt have ever visited this place provided that my employer doesnโt contract them for health services.
