★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst starbucks in Singapore, don't ever come here.. They chase you out even when store is empty.. Hope they will continue to be empty and help them to stay empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try their seasonal special Grapefruit Jewel, but they ran out of the "Jewel" so we got our own special mix with Hibiscus tea and it turns out surprisingly good! The seating area used to be open air but recently renovated and the entire starbucks is air-conditioned. Quite a large starbucks but it does get crowded during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to enjoy a cup of coffee with your family and friends. Beautiful environment and its quite spacious. Very accessible since it's just near to the Jurong East MRT and because of that it's usually crowded as well. Got bakery stuff to enjoy with your coffee like cakes and other stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Starbucks! This outlet is situated at Westgate shopping mall Level 2, very near the entrance to Jurong East MRT gantries. Place used to have air-conditioned and non air-conditioned sections. Now it's all air-conditioned. Gets very crowded during peak hours. Crowds were mix of working class and students. Came for the Grapefruit Passion Jewel, it turned out to be a kind of fruity bubble tea (using pearl jellies). Taste was okay, rather sweet. Service crews were friendly, wait time was short. Place was spacious and clean. Baby seats are available. Room sits approximately 65 pax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the more spacious and stylish outlets in the west, with good seating and amazing service. The drinks are on par with others Starbucks. Probably one of the better cafes for work, waiting or just hanging out for a break with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice outlet to chill on a weekday. Spacious with less crowd. Staff was very polite and friendly. However, cleanliness of tables in the shop need to be corrected. As I found 2-3 tables that had crumbles and stains around. The Frap was good as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because they implemented 1 hrs dine in so suddenly there have many seats available !!
The staffs will give friendly reminder for those exceed 1hrs but they really friendly approach ?thumb up
Do feel little sad as sometime 1hrs really not enuf for gossip/gathering. Hopefully they can remove the 1hrs dine in soon for future.
