Sold a defective mini fan, then staff attending the replacement transaction was rude and unprofessional. The replacement was defective, too ?.

It was a great experienced shopping in Gadget Mix Velocity. The staff is very friendly, attentive and has good customer service. The product knowledge and sharing was there. For sure I'll gonna come back here to shop. Thank you.

Staff there are really sweet and nice! One lady on the first floor was polite when I was browsing and she also helped safekeep my wallet when I lost it. Thank you so much you are a lifesaver! The staff and the 2nd floor with the phone cases, etc. are really helpful too.

So rude! We come to this shop often with my 3yo boy because he loves to play with the toys and we buy some regularly. Today a young employer told me off, saying the toys are not for "free play" and that next time I should not breing my kid. We always tidy and never damaged anythung. Unprofessional from a gadget store and really rude

Rude staff! Was sold a defective portable charger, it stopped working while on the way home from buying it. Sporadically would work then stop when I desperately needed it to charge my phone. I explained this to the staff. Somehow he just managed to get it to work by plugging it in to his charger. I explained that it would only work for a short time and stop again as this already happened to me twice. But he completely refused to exchange. I have a busy life and a baby at home, would not be travelling all the way to the shop to exchange an item if it was working. Very rude even laughed at me. I left the shop and just as I was walking home it stopped working again. I took it back and demanded an exchange. Finally agreed to exchange but said only one exchange allowed. Of course the exchange only worked for a short while and had the same problem again. Daylight robbery. These people are crooks. They sell you something defective and only allow one exchange, which you have to fight for, and the exchange is another defective item. Can't believe i spent $50 in this shop..NEVER AGAIN. Best to save your money and go to go to proper shops like Harvey Norman, Courts, BEST that don't sell you defective items only to be rude and exchange it with another defective item.

I LIKE!! Can't fault the staff at all! THEY ARE MOST HELPFUL and you can find all kinds of knick knacks from phone protective covers to soft plushies and even thermometers!!!

Extremely rude staff and defective product. Asked for more details but instead got 1 word reply from the female staff and I have to figure out about it myself after much time. The staff were busy minding their own business as well and not interested in helping the customer as they go about meddling their stuff. Paid for the item and rude male staff scoffed at the 1 cheap item which I bought for my kids. And rudely asked for my mode of payment. Item was tested ok at the store and on the way back when my kids were just starting to play with it, the spring came stuck on the toy. Asked for exchange but was rejected outrightly straight in your face with no remorse or empathy. So much for a kids toy store, only brings anger and disgust. Looking at all the multiple 1 star reviews here, this is in fact not a one time occurrence or that I am a bad customer. Avoid at all cost and go at your own risk. There are lots of better toy shops nearby and anywhere.

Was served by a young lady with glasses and these two stars are due to her service, else I would have rated zero or one star on this shop. The male cashier was extremely rude. Flown throughout like I buy something here creates problems for him like that. No eye contact and no thank you. I studiyly thanked him instead.
