β β β β β As usual, always need to queue for the table. Food is so so but overpriced. Not many selections and just pretty normal. Spent close to $60, might as well go for another better Japanese restaurant. I will definitely not come back again. The specialty of this shop is they serve you the food with conveyor (like a mini train). Definitely kids like it.

β β β β β Had been wanting to try out since in February till now that I finally had a chance to try the Shinkansen delivery mode in this restaurant. Sushi rice could be better as it wasnβt holding in a piece and would always fall apart before i could place it near my lips. Service could also be more attentive for I think covid really had a manpower toil on this outlet.

β β β β β I love Genki Sushi. The sushi was good and the train is cute. But the experience I had on this outlet wasn't. There is no queue at all at here and there were quite a number of empty table. I came around 3-4pm on one weekday and got the queue number outside. No one attended until 5 minutes and I left. The staff should be more attentive to customer outside. They were busy serving and cleaning.

β β β β β Cute sushi 'train' (not actually a revolving train but rather an individual speed delivery service on a mini Shinkansen). The staff seemed a little rushed and understaffed but were polite and helpful when available. Note that there's an automatic ticket system to queue at the front (don't just line up behind others because you won't get a table). Food was fresh and the quality was solid.

This outlet staff is very kind and work in very efficient way.
Food also very delicious.
Environment clean and comfortable.
Recommend for Lunch and Dinner here.
