β β β β β Freshly rolled sushi prepared only when you order. There is a huge selection of ingredients to choose from which ranges from vegetables to meat. There is also the option of a crepe wrap and healthy option like brown rice!

β β β β β Custom your own sushi, with a variety of toppings, sauces and ingredients! For the base, you can choose different types of Japanese noodles (like udon, soba), or white/brown rice for the sushi option. Theyβre also constantly updating their menu, and the ingredients are usually fresh! :)

β β β β β When the sushi craving hits, I order maki-san. They might not be the authentic but their food always taste fresh and delivered fast.
My go to order is the California dream roll I think the flavour has a good balance. Lucky roll is not bad either.
I am not a big fan of their fried Enoku mushrooms though. Too greasy and flavourless.
Overall, good place for your quick sushi fix.

β β β β β Sushi roll combo specials are great value and taste good. Keeps changing too so you get that needed bit of variety.
However,
Stay away from ordering their salads! As several others have pointed out, the toppings and protein serving is pathetic. It's an absolute waste of money and is unsatisfying to the holy trifecta of stomach, eye and wallet

β β β β β I ordered the Gone Fishing salad. It sounded very interesting when I was reading the menu and seeing what was in it. I like cold green soba noodles and I like salmon. However, when I finally received it, I just was not impressed. The way the toppings were placed on top of the green soba noodles was not particularly attractive. It was a bit of a carbohydrates overload. There were lots of green soba noodles and relatively very little toppings, for example, maybe three pieces of smoked salmon and some sliced cucumbers and corn. And the mayonnaise based dressing that is supposed to be mixed in to this noodle salad is a bit rich for me. It might seem healthy because there's nothing that is really deep fried, but I felt this was a boobytrap on my dieting.
I have also eaten their maki rolls in the past. They let you choose your own ingredients or you can select a preset option. Interesting experience, but I don't think it's good value for your money. You pay about $10 for something that really isn't a proper lunch and is mostly rice. I don't find it satisfying at all. Spend a few more dollars and get a proper salad.
Overall, don't expect to get a lot of vegetables and protein when you order. You're getting mostly carbohydrates and starch served cold. The nice packaging that the Maki rolls come in and the opportunity to pick your own ingredients is really just a gimmick.
