★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location to get my needs. Specially appreciate the butcher that explain the parts I am going to buy and cook, also his friendliness service to chop for me. Remark here: I used to get angry when I got thawed pork belly on the rack when I am going to freeze it for later, so gotto be aware on the label.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium-sized supermart which is located in an area lacking of amenities. Nice mart with nice and helpful staff, except for one female staff at the fruits & Vege weighing section who will keep staring at customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my groceries online through Deliveroo however after a few minutes, 1 item was mentioned out of stock! I tried calling their office 3 times to replace another item but sad to say No One Man the office and it was around 5.30pm...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OCTO Jet Contractor who handles the trolleys are a big problem; cannot leave at Deck 2 trolley bay to take back $1 coin! Must push back to Level 1. Worker makes problems worse by turning trolley around to take out the $1 coin! Giant should terminate OCTO JET and get a more reliable and responsible Service Contractor! I'm not against employing Senior Citizens to do the job (I'm 70 this year). But it makes us customers very frustrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient neighborhood hyper market. 24-hours open. After renovation looks more spacious. We usually do not buy chicken from Giant as its sort of rubbery and tasteless. Fish is fresh and good. For every festive they make the store look special and give offers.
