★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely the best clinic in Choa Chu Kang. Dr Timothy is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable on his field. Clinic is usually busy in the morning when I was there, but waiting time is often tolerable. Highly recommend??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Healthway Medical at Sunshine Place a couple of times and so far, the visits have been very pleasant. Dr Timotheus Ooi is very warm and friendly and makes the effort to remember patients or add some personal touch to the visit. During my visit each time, he would “follow up” from what I shared with him the previous time. Amidst this Covid-19 endemic and with so many positive cases every day, I believe doctors and clinic staffs would likely be overwhelmed and overworked but that did not stop Dr Timotheus from going the extra mile to connect with his patients. His warmth and sincerity feels like a friend rather than a doctor. But of course, he still upholds his professionalism as a doctor. Please keep up the good work with your team at Sunshine Place! Healthcare heroes deserve the recognition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is usually busy but they still do their best to serve us one by one properly. When I was queing, someone just cut queue and went inside. Thank God, the staff notice and ask them to wait for their turn. Thank you for your help. The handsome doctor is really nice and friendly too! Overheard from someone, he is good with injection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended clinic with a team of professional Doctor & staff. Efficient care and services provided. Dr Timo is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down. This is my go-to clinic. i can’t imagine going to anyone else. He is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every visit! It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient.
All of the staff (receptionist/nurses/swabber) were equally great – they were helpful, patient and approachable. keep up the good work ladies! You all are doing a fantastic job!! ??
