Donna from customer care was super prompt with her replies and suggested to bring the device for their staff at Westgate to take a look.Jelene @Westgate was very helpful and patient. She listened to my feedback and proceeded to test the device after 2 rounds of cleaning. Bingo! The issue was resolved. Jelene even offered some very useful and practical tips on how to maintain and clean the device, explaining why and how the device may appear not working well, if it is mishandled.
