Employee Sam was kind and patient making sure you get the correct degree. 5 days after ordering the glasses it was at a wrong degree, went back to the shop to ask for advice and was aided by jing li. She was understanding and lowered down my degree of the lens even more as i was not used to it. After another 5 days i got it back but it was a lower degree but still uncomfortable. I went to Sam again and he was very patient with the degree and offered to change the lens again. So far, i got the new one and its perfect! A little bumps here and there but end product was amazing!

I paid $400 for a pair of glasses yesterday and the guy is more interested in hard selling me to top up money to buy a second pair then to adjust my specs properly. I bought titanium frame but it is not light at all. He also persuaded me to top up money for a super thin lenses at 1.72 but it don’t look super thin at all when I’m only 325 degrees. When I went to collect my specs, he continue to hard sell me non stop and keep asking me to recommend them to my friends! After one night, the rim of my gold/black glasses got scratches & the gold sort of chip off. For a specs that expensive, there is not even a mention of its brand on the frame or box. I felt cheated. I wanted to give no stars rating but I could not.
T	Tan Shi Yun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got me and my bf's spec from WestGate outlet (buy 1 get 1 free), and the experience was wonderful. The lady who assisted us (we didn't get to know her name) was really nice and gave us informative advises when choosing a spectacle. We added pc protection lens and it was surprisingly 1 for 1 too at the price of $80. The delivery was on point as well (20min wait), she was ready by the time we return to the shop for the spectacles. Overall I would say the service was great, the pricing was awesome and it was a great experience for both of us.

He even said I can give the second pair to my family member if I have no use for it. I have to repeatedly told him I am not interested in getting 2 pairs!
W	Wynona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a pair at Westgate's new Glimpse outlet and I LOVE IT. The friendly female staff who recommended me different frames was very kind, professional and helpful, especially when I told her I wanted to get "something different". It's quite obvious I can't get this kind of specialised and personalise service at OWNDAYS. She also recommended me to get the blue light filter lenses which were only additional $50 (compared to OWNDAYS which is additional $100 lol). And, specs were ready in 20 minutes as promised! (unlike OWNDAYS who promises 20 mins but takes like 1 hour+ cuz of large number of orders). The friendly female staff also explained to me after the eye test about how my degree has changed, and how she will adjust the power of the lens to make the specs wear more comfortable. It's a pity I didn't get her name! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my new pair of glasses because they are very light, trendy and comfortable – coming from someone who really doesn't like to wear glasses and prefers to wear contacts. I'm very impressed for such a good price point!!

R	Rudy Hartono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson at Queensway sold me a spectacle frame claiming it was titanium. I just found out it isn't actually titanium (it stuck to a magnet). It's a shame because I like the design and would have purchased it anyway. This lie just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend.

I was quite skeptical with buying a specs where they can get it ready in less than 30 mins because they don't do a proper checking of your eye degree based on experience from another store. However the staff at Glimpse (i didn't recall his name) was friendly and patient enough to let me browse through the section. I knew I got my eye degree checked properly because after my specs was ready, it wasn't blurry (the kind that can cause headache yknow). Overall good experience!
