β β β β β The uncle was really friendly and even took the effort to send us a map after we told him we were intending to cycle toward's the Marina Bay outlet!! He also took time to explain in details how to use the gears on the bikes. All in all, a really great and friendly service provided!

β β β β β Google displays their closing timing as 9pm. I called at 830pm to let the store attendant know i was coming over from t2,when I rched at 840 she left and the fans were still spinning. Lazy staff and inaccurate timing.

β β β β β Rented a bike for night cycling, the bike was really smooth to ride and had a pleasant experience :) will definitely come back to rent again! The shop owner was very friendly and gave good riding advice too!

β β β β β The bikes were functional which was good. However, I had an extremely unpleasantly experience with the staff and hope that the store can do something about it.
When we reached this outlet, we asked the staff if we could return our bikes here instead of at Marina Bay outlet and he said yes. Since we still had some time to our bike rental, we went for lunch first. After lunch, when we wanted to return the bikes before our scheduled end time, the uncle stormed off and lamented us for not returning earlier saying he needed to go off for his lunch. He was extremely rude about it too.
It was his responsibility to let us know he has to go off for lunch when we first enquired whether we can return our bikes, so that we can plan our time around his. Even when he saw us sitting down having our lunch, he did not ask us if we want to return our bikes now before he stormed off for his lunch right as we were about to return the bikes, not forgetting to exclaim an uncalled for rude comment before leaving.
Even after he came back, instead of just settling our return amicably, he continued being aggressive towards us. All in all, one of my worst customer service experience. Not sure why the other reviews were praising the customer service here.

β β β β β We rented bicycles from East Coast and wanted to return at T2 branch. The uncle was so rude to us. First he said his shop is not opened yet even though the doors were wide open. Then he said that no one informed him and started yelling at us that we should have informed the East Coast shop. Even though we tried to explain nicely to him that we did inform and asked if we could return at his shop. He just continued scolding us and telling us that nobody informed him. Eventually he gave us the deposit back but still continued scolding my friend non stop for not informing him. It was such an unpleasant experience. So future bicycle renters, please remember to let the store know where you are returning the bicycles in order to avoid being scolded. ? I cannot believe that we actually paid money to be told off when it could have been resolved amicably.

β β β β β Took the GoCycling route, pickup from T2 to East Coast Park C4 Station (about 12km)
It was already crowded about 10+am at the cafe and bike shop.
Svc was as good and efficient as it can be. Definitely shorthanded on a PH.
Take note - special weekday or weekend free hrs are not applicable on PH.
Also there might not be enough kid bikes, my 8 yr old had to settle for a 16inch that was probably for a 5yr old. So had to cycle harder ?
Normal and larger mountain bikes no issues at all, uncle has a good eye on bike sizes.
Plus we barely made it under 2 hrs as it was super crowded with walkers n riders along the dinosaur trail so please make allowances especially renting with younger kids.

β β β β β Great business that provides decent bicycles for rent from Tandem, City, Mountain and Hybrid Bicycles. City bicycles only have one single gear to change with a front basket for storage of your bag while cycling. The hybrid and mountain bicycles do come with bicycle lights (especially those who need it for Night Cycling).
The rental prices are decent with weekends they provide 2hours purchase + 1 hour free rental. You can return the bicycles at their various locations in Singapore bicycle stores e.g. Changi Terminal 2, East Coast Park, West Coast Park, Jurong etc

β β β β β I had a fabulous day today, and Go Cycling contributed immensely to that! I spent the day biking from Hub & Spoke at Changi Airport T2 thru Jurassic Mile, East Coast Park, Gardens by the Bay and ended my ride at the Go Cycling branch at the Singapore Flyer. The views and vistas were gorgeous! The tips and advice I received via whatsapp from Go Cycling throughout my ride came in handy. .
So kudos to Mr Ng the team at Go Cycling for the warm and helpful service, and for reliable and well-maintained bicycles that made my ride so enjoyable, and my day so memorable.
