★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I have been a regular customer when it comes to bike rental at this outlet. However, today’s selfish act of profit have made me think otherwise. As today was unfortunate for me and my friends. One of our roller blading wheels and a loose screw and wanted to BORROW an Allen key, I was replied with a rude comment of “All of our tools are for our personal property and not for your own use, so please don’t come here and ask for this and that.” Honestly, u could just say in a nicer way. What a letdown on a Chinese New Year eve my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues with mountain bikes rented from here (perhaps as they are often used) however I had a very mixed experience with tandems. The service leaves a lot to be desired as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The uncle not only gave us very detailed directions on how to get the park connector, he also offered us a bottle of drink when we didn’t have cash to pay him. He did all that even though we didn’t rent bikes from him. Uncle restored our faith in humanity!
