β β β β β Thanks Andria, my Hypnotherapist, for my first ever session at Tranceform Clinical Hypnotherapy. I have been battling with insomnia for many years. So when I chanced upon hypnotherapy, I decided to give it a try.
Andria skillfully lulled me into a state of relaxation and spoke to my subconscious mind. It was a pleasant experience. I was able to relax my overactive mind and feel lighter after the session.
Hypnotherapy wasnβt scary like how I thought it to be initially, in fact it was very comfortable. If thereβs anyone like me suffering from insomnia, do give Hypnotherapy a try!

β β β β β I'm so grateful that I had such an effortless time at Tranceform Clinical Hypnotherapy sharing what I had to say with my lovely hypnotherapist, Andria (my first therapist!) from the get-go. She created such a safe and comfortable space for me to share my laundry list of problems without fearing judgment. Was a pretty emotional session ? but she was seriously so patient and just such a sweetheart. The best part was, she never tells me what to do and instead she asks me the right questions to navigate me in the right direction to find my own solutions to things. I'm glad that I now have a clearer head and know concrete action steps to take. I'm really working on them and my mood has improved tremendously! Thank you Andria!

β β β β β My very first therapy experience at Tranceform Clinical Hypnotherapy and Iβve got to thank my hypnotherapist, Andria for the lovely session.
The clinic was really aesthetically pleasing and the room was cozy and clean, making me feel safe and comfortable during the session. Andria was really approachable and professional. She also took time to listen and understand the issues Iβm facing.
I really felt so much better after the session and was able to look at things with a clearer mind and brighter light :)
