โ โ โ โ โ They have an extensive range of classes. The staff and instructors are nice and pleasant. They are also patient in their explanation and training. Toilets and changing rooms are clean. Very nice coffee too!

The gyms halls are of decent size & claims to be sanitised with special UV light installed at premise.
Friendly staff are welcoming but that's a given since they are trying to recruit members.
Hope to see good vibes shared in this time of the pandemic.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a trial class here, instructor and staff was very friendly and place was clean and spacious. Love that they have many classes available throughout the whole day. great to try out different type of exercise and highly recommend. will definitely head back again!

When purchasing my 30 class package, I'd highlighted concerns that I might be traveling during the validity period and the sales person had advised me that the validity could be extended for the duration of my travel. When I reached out to the studio for this extension, they advised me that this was not possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Had bought packages at Robertson Walk in Jan 2022. They closed with little notice in July. Only option they offered is to use remaining classes at studios that are much further awayโฆ20-30 minutes. Scam.

โ โ โ โ โ Let me tell you about this company. I paid EMS at Shaw Center $2,475 last July to start 30 PT sessions with my husband because we live across the street and wanted to trim down. My husband works extremely long hours so the proximity of location was important to us. We went to the US to visit our families in Septemberโฆ came back to Singapore and were told there was a FIRE at Shaw center so the workout site closed although no one else has ever verified that there was actually a fire. The company which goes by โsuper flyโ which somehow is connected to the EMS Studio at Shaw center had NO semblance of โsuper flyโ as advertisement or marketing there as it was an exclusive EMS Studio. This is important because when I contacted them to get my almost 3K back they said we would have to go to the superfly gym location in river valley to do our enormous package even though that is NEVER what my husband and I would have agreed to in the first place. We tried to be amicable so we went to the River valley location once for a training. The trainer was almost 30 minutes late and the experience was lacking immensely as a result of the lack of luster and resolve this company has to offer. I have now been told they are opening a new โsuperflyโ gym at the forum and so we will need to wait (almost a year) from the time at which we signed up for the package toโฆ basically start the package. Again, we never signed up for super fly! We signed up for EMS training at Shaw center which is a total different experience and expectation altogether. I was first told the gym would be open mid April. Now, Iโm told the first week of May. All while this company has set on almost 3K of my money for the last year with no honest communication in the process and no action either. So, I write all this to sayโฆ DO NOT sign up for a package with this company, they do not treat their customers well and have put us on the ropes for almost a year. I plan to seek attorney contact to understand what my rights are in this situation and if we are owed our money back since we never agreed to the new terms given. Take care all!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been with so many gyms and boutique studios by now and my experience with Superfly has been the worst even before I get to workout in the studio.
I paid for a workout package specific to the Forum outlet expecting it to open in Apr '22. By the time we were in Apr '22, I was only informed that the studio will be open in end Apr when I checked in with the sales rep. Fine, it's still Apr.
End Apr' 22 came and still no news. Checked with sales rep, launch date now pushed to early May '22. OK, fine.
Early May '22 came, launched date pushed to mid May '22. And it's mid May '22, no launch date has been updated.
Times are hard and I can understand the delays. But to not communicate proactively to the package holders and expecting us to just fine with whenever they can open the studio is just not right.
I am still working out with another gym and was thinking of giving Superfly a try since the Forum outlet is very near me. But this experience has greatly deterred me. It's not the delayed opening, it's the lack of open and proactive communication with the members that's unprofessional. And going through the reviews, it seems like it's quite consistent with their management style.
I will only finish my current package with Superfly and will not invest in another.
