End up no popcorn and drinks for me and my friends and also all the other people as the movie had started

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since young, I patronized Golden Village monthly to watch new blockbuster movies. Golden village has appealing set meals, offers, and nice movies to watch. Furthermore, there is a Kopitiam just opposite it, so it is very convenient too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to watch Thor: Love and Thunder!? Awesome movie, you gotta check it out. As usual, place is clean and cosy. Salty popcorn is abit way salty for my taste but loving the sweet popcorn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theatre wise is good. But the customer service serving the snacks are slow. Insufficient staffs. Super long queue. Waited solid 20mins for 4 queues in front of me.Should plan manpower acoordingly to demand days. Poor management.

However, the wheelchair accessible lifter attached to its flight of stairs to go into the theatre was noted to be non-functional which defeats the whole purpose for people with difficulties climbing up. Hope GV will be able to do something about this.
