★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joan, people, always look for Joan. We’ve been to so many places and none of them has made me feel as comfortable and taken care of than Joan did. Most of the other places focus so much on the monetary value of the rings and diamonds only, hard selling and calling our decisions erroneous based on said reasons. This led us to lose the sense of romance in the marriage, but Joan really made sure we were able to stay with what we like and want, and that the importance of love.

I've been to places where they judge your choice for getting a lab grown diamond but no such thing here. Highly recommend coming here to have your needs met :) Will be back to pick out our wedding bands next time. Thanks Joan!

She was also very detailed-oriented and precise when measuring where she should pierce on my ear and she checked the position to ensure that it was the correct spot. Very impressed with her professional skills and readiness to attend to customers with respect and friendliness! She also showed good communication skills and empathy skills as she helped calm my nerves before the ear piercing began. Will definitely come back to Goldheart to get my ear piercings checked by Joan in a month’s time!
