They do great teh and kopi as well, and prices are reasonable (and even more so if you use their app to essentially get cashbacks). I wish they would enlarge their shop size so as to accommodate more customers, though, as it gets too crowded to find tables some times.

X	Xenocide Duke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional coffee taste. Bread is toasted and sliced thin. With butter and traditional coconut jam. Hard to find this brown bread. Best combo. Eggs are nicely boiled to a consistent runny whites and yolk. Pick your choice of dark or light soy sauce and a dash of pepper. However only qualm is if u change your coffee with condense milk to evaporated milk, there is additional charges. Will still patron lah.

This branch, however, has been a little disappointing the last couple of times I have been here. Previously, there was a nice uncle at the cash register serving us; but he was struggling to learn the system. His colleague, a lady who was making the drinks, was very impatient and rude to him. Eventually, she reluctantly helped him. This time, the butter was nowhere close to the middle of the bread, which is something that is not too difficult to achieve. Not major, but it shows the lack of care the staff have for this lovely franchise.

Serves also mee siam and other food to complement lunch and snack times.. long history and this one at J8 should stay for a very long time.. aircon also ?

I	Isabel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ol Ya Kun :) fav comfort food. This outlet is not too bad though the amount of kaya given for kaya butter toast is inconsistent. The steamed bread is fluffy with enough butter (don't kid yourself that this is healthy). Tuna toast is ok though savory items aren't their strongest suit. Service staff are conscientious too. Edit Jan 2022: Banana walnut muffin is dry. Now I know.
