β β β β β Ordered a Taro Drink which was under the milk tea section of the menu. Saw how they made it - with just some purple powder and water. No tea at all. Was so disgusted we threw the drink away after two sips.
Saw how they made their βmilkβ tea too - with milk powder. Yet they advertised it as fresh milk tea.

β β β β β They call waiting numbers in random order, which makes it really hard to figure out how long you have to wait. I wouldn't have ordered had I known the waiting time. But I guess that's how they do business there. Tea is not bad though.

β β β β β The drink was diluted and barely drinkable. Have ordered for a free occasions but the quality and standards are still as such. Hope the vendor can be receptive to the feedbacks and strive to improve on the tastiness and freshness of their drinks.

β β β β β I usually prefer Koi then Gong Cha because Iβm more fruit tea flavour liker than milk tea. But sometimes still go here for this hot Bilouchun green tea. Very nice.
They accepted nets, net flashpay, qr code ... but no credit card... a but sad

β β β β β It was late and the trusted tea/coffee joints were closing so decided to try the hot drinks from Gong Cha. Tried the hot Alisan Milk Tea. It didn't taste great. Will probably try the hot Earl Grey Milk Tea next time.

β β β β β 30Mar 4:26pm Located at the outdoor section. Self order via kiosk & payment can be made by cash at counter, NETS, etc. They do partner with popular Merchants such as GrabPay. Currently promotion of 7 regular + 1 Special drink approximate cost each is approx $2.30 for regular drink. usual price for normal drink is $2.90. No topping.
There are 4 staff preparing drinks, but the turnaround to get my order was approx 8 mins when the outlet is not super pack.

β β β β β Gong cha outlet at second floor of west gate, beside Lady M. Promotions with plus app and KrisPay app. Download and login to the app to be eligible for promotions, till end Nov. Did not get to do that before paying and lose my chance on getting the promo drinks.
