Bober Tea @ IMM - 2 Jurong East Street 21

Visited the IMM outlet today around 2pm and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the cashier. She was rude and sarcastic towards my simple question of "May I know the difference between black pearls and brown sugar pearls?" She rolled her eyes and raised her voice saying "Black pearls is black colour LOR then brown sugar pearls is brown colour LOR" as though I was colour blind or stupid. I was taken aback by her mocking tone until another staff kindly told me that normal white sugar is used for black pearls and brown sugar for brown sugar pearls. When I enquired about the payment methods, she was once again sarcastic and told me to look at the QR code. Perhaps she felt the questions were ridiculous and common sense, but as a first-time customer to Bober Tea, I was curious about the varieties presented on the menu and how they differ. Bear in mind there were no other customers! I was horrified at her attitude and blatant lack of proper customer service. I can safely say I will never patronize again :)))))) I would put 0 stars for this review but I have to put a star at least (unfortunately) !

Ordered my Bober tea from IMM waited an hour for my drink to come without the pearls that are clearly stated on my drink. Called IMM bober tea Hotline to complain and the guy on the hotline just tell me to go complain to grab. You guys are the one that messed up the order, shouldn't you guys take more responsibility?

Best bubble tea in Singapore. That said, give us more pearls in large drinks or at least give us the option to pay for more pearls. The name of your brand is literally bober. GIVE US MORE BOBER.

30 Oct 2021: usual order Chizu milk tea. Their payment method does not include paywave. Only grab pay and shopee pay. Previously wasnt the case in this outlet. Quite confused because Bishan outlet allows fave (not sure about now). Inconvenient. 8months ago: Mango foam and milktea with foam cheese. Prefer the normal one

My first ever Google review will be for the super fast recovery service from IMM Bober tea! Realised I’ve seen and misunderstood the menu wrongly after I’m done ordering and I think the sweet Chinese lady was a senior staff in uniform that helped in correcting and re-taking my order. Will come back to try more of the oolong series!!!! ??

bought bober tea for the first time today and it was not a good experience. firstly, why no ice is an additional of a dollar? if it was 50 cents, I could still accept it. most other bubble tea brands such as koi or playmade doesn't even charge for no ice. but that aside, the drink was not to my liking either. the pearls were so mushy, like I cannot even bite it. it is so sticky and soft and the brand is bober tea, shouldn't the bober be of certain quality? today is not a good first try and I would probably source for other bubble tea brands next time to avoid getting disappointed

Is good service. Very fast service too even they only two staff was working. One chinese and one indian ladies.And both of them receive a lot of order from grab.both of them need to handle both side orders. really work hard.give ten stars if got ten stars. well done!!

First time bought n overall is ok. Milk tea , burble tea. The shop design is bright & clean. No pay-waive service , cash will do. Ordered fresh milk tea, taste ok. L cup with $5.50, price reasonable. Jz a friendly tips giving if the staffs there be more friendly n enthusiastic to recommend their drink , I think will buy more cups.
