Worst bubble tea I've had by far, and I wish I was exaggerating - diluted and very minimal amount of pearls that I paid extra for. I'm confused as the other gong cha outlets I've been to were pretty good. The way this place is managed seems to be exceptionally bad if some simple standards cannot be followed

The drinks were alright. However, the service was slow and terrible. The staff (Stella) who took our order was incompetent (overcharged me and was defensive when I politely told her) and wasn’t attentive (kept talking to her colleagues while taking our order. I had to repeat myself multiple times). I have serious doubt about both her ability and willingness to serve. The shop didn’t have sufficient small change when I wanted to pay by cash. The staffs were also slower than other gong cha shops. I recommend avoiding this gong cha shop if possible.

Bought at 5 Sep Sat 8pm. Ordered Taro milk tea 25% sugar. Lady made it taste like 200% sugar. GURL are your taste buds spoilt or something?! I opened the drink the time i got back and it was too late to exchange. HOW DISAPPOINTING, highly do NOT recommend!!

Super slow service (we were first in line) and MOST diluted bubble tea I ever had in my life. Note - my chocolate drink was LESS ICE and we drank it immediately so it couldn’t be melted ice. Disappointing. Liho’s chocolate + brown sugar pearl is WAY better.

i bought 2 pearl milk tea when i was otw home one of it broke so rush back there to get a new one. when i got there i told them if i can it replace and show them my receipt they said because it almost an hour ago they cant replace it so i had to buy a new one so i wasted another $3.80 sad but the service was good just wish had gotten a replacement instead of buying a new one

Tea taste was non existent. Tastes like sugar + milk powder. The limited pandan pearls doesn't seem to elevate the drink either. Won't be back.

bubbles were poorly cooked, clumped together and had texture of dried raisin instead. staff shared the poor texture was caused by ice in drink when I had a 1 order of less ice and 1 order of no ice. after realising that, the fault was changed to blame the milk that came with the tea that reacted with the pearls causing its poor texture. final resolution was to change the topping because it will always be the same from the same batch of pearls and it would be wasting her time to change. Our both replacement cups REUSE the previously served tea because one of our tea was "sold out" so thus both had to be reused. my worst experience with gong cha and certainly the worse bubble tea thus far.
