β β β β β I ordered 25% sugar, less ice milk tea but they gave me pure green tea. After I reflected, they gave me milk tea but with 0% sugar and more then more ice. The guy definitely hate me for letting he make the drink again.

β β β β β 3-4 months ago, pre covid , their drinks were up to standard with other outlets. Right now it's undrinkable. Drinks with no sugar percentage are insanely sweet as if I'm drinking syrup and their pearls stick together all the time. I have gone back on multiple occasions to see if it's a one off thing only to get a different flavour with the same subpar quality. Only this outlet is of subpar standard somehow

β β β β β The staff here is very friendly and bubbly. I love the vibes I get when I visit the store. They are also helpful when placing the orders and also detailed to explain your queries with regards to any of the bubble teas. Overall, Very happy with the experience !!

β β β β β Ordered drinks with less ice and normal amount of pearls, however, staff gave more ice and less pearls. When we queried, staff wasn't interested in entertaining. Reading the comments before mine and looking at the average rating of 2.7 out of 5, I see the consistency of their below par service. Luckily, there are so many bubble tea shops in NEX...

β β β β β The location is just in front the gate which is quite convenient. My favor brown sugar fresh milk here is sweet enough, not so sweet as other bbt shops at nex mall.
The staff also polite and nice, one time they gave me medium cup although I ordered large one, told them and end up they apologized and gave me both medium and large :)

β β β β β This is my first time patronizing you. Hence, after sometime looking thru the menu, I ordered Lychee Black Tea but WITHOUT ice. Your employees informed that he cannot do without ice. However, as I am having a mild stomach upset, yet craving for something sweet, I repeated that I donβt want ice and had specifically explain to him the reason was due to my stomach upset. Your employee, kept quiet, look at the pos, shook his head in βdisapprovalβ vibes and said βAh, ok la ok la, no ice thenβ
Upon seeing his reaction, I asked again if I can go without ice, his reply was βok lor, I do without ice for you lorβ in a extreme rude tone. With this, my drink came with ice. Full Ice

β β β β β ordered osmanthus HONEY oolong tea (50% sugar) but i don't taste a trace of honey nor sweetness. it tasted like 0% sugar and staff insisted that she did put 50% sugar inside. pls don't put "honey" in the drink's name when there isn't any in the drink
