Excellent laksa, chockful of taupok and chicken meat and a dollop of shredded laksa leaves. You can also chose to have it with prawns.

The Shredded Chicken Tau Pok Laksa has a balanced taste (slightly too sweet). They are generous with the shredded chicken and noodle, however there is room for improvements. Both Tau Pok and fish cakes portion can be more and thicker. It is important for the tau pok to soak with the laksa gravy to optimise the tasting experience.

Bought the prawn and hum laksa for $5.50 +$0.20 take-away. The laksa, while nice, somehow lacks the umami flavour. I can’t put my finger on it but compared to Katong laksa (George’s) at changi road and Katong laksa at East Coast Rd, this one is a notch lower in lemak-ness. Even the one at Dignity Kitchen is slightly better. There were 2 prawns and a few tiny cockles and thinly sliced tau pok. But they were generous with the thick bee hoon. For the price I think it’s ok.

I went to Haig Rd market for the 3rd time in 10 days so that I can eat the laksa at this store. I tuck into their gravy 1st and it was good. But when my wife and myself tuck into the chor bee hoon, it was so overcooked. I had never never ate such a overcooked chor bee hoon in my entire life. It really spoilt everything. Besides for $5.50 for chicken with see hum. I think is really over price. My 1st and my last time there even though it was so highly recommended by 1 of my favourite food critic

Must try for Laksa lovers! My Wife and I have tried so many different laksa vendors in Singapore, and we end up coming here every Sunday morning. this is the one that you can't miss.

Watered down laksa. Tiny cockles. Shreds of fish cake. $6 for blah. Not worth it sorry. Much better laksa elsewhere

Clean stall, and the portion is huge with generous serving of ingredients (chicken, egg, taupok and fishcake). I've never had a laksa in Singapore that serves so generously and such affordable price of $4. The gravy is thick, the addition of parsley brings it to the next level. Simply delicious!
