★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a chain store serving Chinese style herbal mutton soup. The mutton was done with skill and experience, there was no strong gamey smell or taste usually associated with mutton soup. The soup base was herbal and yet light in flavour. Good rendition and they serve special parts like Brains if you are into that kinda stuff.
